I'm 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant, with all of this cold weather I am dying for a cappuccino and I was just wondering can you drink cappuccino while pregnant?

I tried taking prenatal vitamins during the first few months of my pregnancy, but had horrible side effects. So, at the doctor's advice I switched to Flinstone vitamins. However, everytime I would try to take one my gag reflexes went into full effect and I would end up throwing up.

So, I haven't taken my prenatal vitamins regularly. How much will this hurt my baby (who the doctor says appears to be healthy)?

I have been on the pill for 2 years and my prescription ran out, I have been of the pill for a month now. I was due for my period on the 2nd of Nov. but it never came I'm now a week late and I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or if my body needs time to get back in its normal cycle. what could be going on? and should I take a pregnancy test?

have an appointment Monday, but can anyone assist me. What do you think? My last full cycle was Sept 25, I was a week late and when my cycle finally came it was only a day and a 1/2 and only spotting. I have been having cramps like it is going to come, excess salvia ( I even have a spit cup), headaches, and I am always thirsty, its like I can't get enough water. I have been eating candy daily and I am not a candy or sweets eater. Everynight I go to sleep my hands go to sleep (you know like the feeling of pins and needles) and it gets so bad it wakes me up. I go to bathroom a little more. Any help to ease my mind. Like I said I go to see my OB-GYN Monday

I am in my 42nd week here..going a little nuts..and the Dr will not induce till Tues..which is good I'm hopeing my body will start labor on its own...but anyone know if it is possible that your body can not produce oxytocin or enough of it to go into labor..and why this might happen?? I'm so miserable..and this baby is only getting chubbier and chubbier!! any constructive input would be appreciated..thanks ;)

I am pregnant with my 3rd and i have really bad morning sickness(which i didnt have with other 2) Im hungry every 2 hours on the dot,extreme exhaustion and im only 5 weeks along.My breasts are swelling big i feel bloated.My mother miscarried identical twins and my grandma was a fraternal twin and my hubbys mom was a twin and had a set that was stillborn.Plus i have a gut feeling im carring twins.with my pregnancys before i had a feeling what i was having before i even had ultrasound and i was always right,now i have that same gut feeling not to mention the vivid dream of twins i just couldnt tell if they were boy or girl.what do you think my chances are?thanks

My nausea is so bad that I can't hardly eat anything I try to eat as much as I can, but I only eat 1 meal a day. I've lost abt 20 lbs. & I sometimes throw up if I force myself to eat. Is it ok though that I don't eat. I'm taking folic acid and a prenatel vitamin. So that should help w/ providing noutrishin for my baby. Right? Is it ok that I'm not eating? And when will all this nausea go away?

I just found out that i am 6 weeks pregnant:) Lately,i can't seem to lay on my stomach when i sleep which is the only wayi used to be able to sleep. now, after 10 minutes i'm all uncomfortable and have to roll on my side. Is it safe to lay on your stomach during pregnancy?

According to my Dr. I'll be seven weeks pregnant tomorrow. I just had a question about cervical position, though. Around two months, what should your cervix feel like? Should it be soft, medium or hard? Also, should it be 100% closed?

I have my first pre-natal exam two weeks ago. She said everything looked good. Last week, my symptoms started getting worse. I have had an increase in nausea (no vomiting), breast tenderness, and some mild cramps.

My question though: my cervix tends to change daily! Sometimes it's high, soft and tightly closed. Other times, like today, it's medium softness and has a dimple which I can fit the tip of my pinky in. It's still high. Is something wrong with me? Should your cervix be high, soft and closed the entire time, until labor begins? I'm really scared. This is my first pregnancy.

I had a very bad work situation and my husband supported me in giving my notice. Im not due until January 1st, but when everything was occuring he did not have an issue with me quitting my job.


Ever since I my last day of work I feel like he resents me. Hes treating me badly and is not acting like himself. The train of communication is not working and I am trying to avoid confrontation. I figure if we can have a good night and he is able to cheer up he might share whatever problems hes having at the moment.


What can I do??

Okay,
One of my close friends has gotten pregnant and is trying to end her pregnancy through a purposely miscarriage. She has stopped eating altogether , and is exercising excessively. Drinking as much caffeine as possible. Shes only 3 weeks . Can anyone tell me if she can still have chance of the childs survival. Cause she wont listen to me when i tell her not to, and she wont discuss it with her parents.

Now when you use sex to induce labor does it usually brake your water? And this might sound odd but do you have to walk around afterward or elevate your hips in some way for the semen to take effect? Thanks for all the answers!!

If a poor woman who already has a lot of children kills one of them painlessly to reduce poverty she would still be charged with murder. If a woman is raped by a stranger or made pregnant by her lover and then ditched by him she can abort the child legally. Yet when the child is born she can't kill it. Even if a rich woman aborts her embryo just because she doesn't want to raise children now she goes scottfree.Please don't say that life doesn't start at the initial stage so its not murder. If that is the case then why does govts penalise sex determination tests and abortions to eliminate female embryo. Pro choice supporters please answer. If a woman has the right to choose when she wants to be a mother then why doesn;t she has the right to choose the gender of the child ? Why prochoice is not allowed here ?

My brother's girlfriend was pregnant, she was about 4 months along, and had made about 3 visits to a small local clinic. She started having alot of stomach pain and cramps, so she visited the clinic again. She asked the lady that was performing her ultra-sound if the pain she was feeling ab-normal. The lady snapped at her and told her, "Of course it's normal, that's how it is for everybody's 1st pregnancy, don't you read up on this stuff?" The lady started to push down on my brother's girlfriend's belly really hard, and she started telling the lady that she was hurting her. Of course, the lady continued and ignored her. So my brother's girlfriend comes home with black and white pictures of the baby from the ultrasound, and everyone is super excited. About 6 days later, I get a phone call from my brother's girlfriend at 3am and I instantly had this terrible feeling. She told me she was rushed to the emergency room because she started bleeding really bad.

about half hour ago i had this really bad pain while i was walking to the tolet i did need a poo at the time . The pain only lasted for about a min or so but it was very painfull. I mange to go to the loo but only alittle bit .I have also bin consitpated alot during this pregnancy is this just consitpation pain

I am 6 months pregnant, and I am still very small according to everyone. Even my OB says I am not gaining enough weight. But I feel like all I do is eat and sleep.. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies though. And my OB doesn't seem to give me any idea of what to do or if this is serious.. I have no idea what I should do. I am naturally a small girl. I am only 5 foot, 110lbs before pregnancy. I am now around 116-120 or a little more... Any ideas ??

Before I had my son (8months ago) I never had this. I stoped breastfeeding when he was a week old and a month later I got small pimples on my areolas that puss when I pop them. Its like a whitehead on your nose or forehead.
