Yes it's possible, it's also called Couvade (sympathetic pregnancy) some men do got thru it and some don't. In the beginning my boyfriend went thru it, morning sickness, weight gain and cravings and I loved it. Now it's more or less calmed down. Basically it's psychological and goes from there.

I have heard of partners having a 'sympathetic' pregnancy or phantom pregnancy symptoms whilst partner is experiencing them. I think you must be very well connected as a couple to have this happen.
Its probably all physcological though. I wish my husband could've experienced the morning sickenss labour pains with me!!

There is a strange thing where men get sympathetic pregnancy symptoms. So yes it is possible but no one knows why! I have heard of men feeling the labor pains as well.

Sympathy sickness. Psychological. The mind is a powerful thing. Just try to avoid gaining weight with her too. Yours may not be as easily to lose as hers.
