gestation is usually said like " 5 weeks gestation" so the women would be 5 weeks pregnant; baby is 5 weeks 'old'
Intrauterine is 'in the uterus'

so she has a child in her uterus!! And however many weeks pregnant she is, is the gestation (age) of the baby

hope that isn't too confusing. basically, yes she is pregnant!!

congratulations

It's a living pregnancy outside of the uterus (womb). Perhaps the term 'ectopic pregnancy' is related: a fertilized egg that grows in the Fallopian tubes causes serious trouble, including maternal death. But I think you're talking about an exceedingly rare event, where pregnancy continues in the abdomen. This has been of interest, as well, because it suggests the hypothetical possibility that a man might bear a child.

It means that there is a pregnancy inside her uterus so yes, she is pregnant. Congrats!
