Usually when I have a stomach virus I do have diarrhea that accompanies the virus. If you and your husband are trying to get pregnant. There are tests out there that do detect up to a week before your period. It looks for the slightest bit of hormone that is released when you are pregnant. For this pregnancy I know when I had sex with my husband and they tried to tell me 3 weeks before was my due date because of my previous period. I then explained to them we had sex a week before my period was to come and thats when I got pregnant. (My husband was away on buisness, I had the kids... lol) So don't worry too much. If you really want to know go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist if they can point you to the test that shows you up to a week before your period if you might be pregnant! Good Luck!

Morning sickness feels like regular nausea, really bad morning sickness is real vomiting. I've never heard of diarrhea as a symptom. I think it's more likely that you have a virus but have that pregnancy test on hand just in case you don't get your period next week.

it could be a virus. it could also be morning sickness. I nicknamed my first "bug" because I honestly thought I had the flu when I first got pregnant. I had vomiting, nausea, some loose bowels. it was awful. but after a couple weeks it tapered off and I realized I was late and I was pregnant. the nausea stayed with me though...

Sounds more like a virus than morning sickness. However, pregnancy does feel like PMS the flu and worms all at the same time.
Its not impossible that you're pregnant, but it sounds more like a virus to me.

All women will respond differently to being pregnant. There are many times that people will mistake being sick for what is really morning sickness. The truth is all you can do is wait and see if you get your period or not. I know there is anxiety in waiting, but it is all you can do.

no, sounds like a virus. Sorry hun. I spent 8 months on my hands and knees over the commode. Believe me, you will know. Or maybe you will be one of the luckier ones and not have morning sickness very long.
