What causes a pregnant woman to have red palms and redness under her feet?

Im 32 weeks pregnant and noticed part of my palms are red and so is underneath my feet.

Im a week late and Im planning on giving it another week b4 testing.....I have been felling weird lately...major nasuea, tired, minor breast soreness, and a lil dizzy sometimes. I have mild pcos and have been taking metformin 4 a month and a half.

Just wanted to hear a few success stories from being on Metformin.....How long were you on it b4 you became pregnant???

**For those of you that dont know..Metformin is not just for Diabetics...its for pcos patients too**

ladies i really need ur help so plz bear with me..
my last periods were: may 27, june 27, july 26..

after my july 26 period.. we had sex on august 2,3,4,5
meaning on cycle days 8,9,10,11. all of these times he pulled out.. (and yes i know pre-c.um. can get you pregnant)

since my cycles are 30-31 days long.. i ovulate on day 16 of my cycle.. and we planned not to have sex around this time.. however.. we ended up having sex on the 16th day exactly (august 10th) and that was the day i had the most eggwhite cm.. AND he did not pull out of me.. but since it was only once.. is there still a big chance i will be pregnant? i didnt even take the morning after pill and now its too late..

plus after i ovulate... im dry down there.. but since i ovulated.. every single day ive been having milk-white-loitony cervical mucus.. everyday.. does this mean nething?
plz help

i asked a question about a certain style of maternity clothes because --god forbid!-- i want to keep a semblance of normality in my life & i like to dress a certain way & would like to do so during my pregnancy if i were to go out with my friends to a concert or something ( i know a lot of people in the local music & entertainment scene--was even involved for a while )

but a few people told me i needed to "grow up" and basically change my entire style because i'm going ot be a mother. what?!? WHY?! i'm basically supposed to NOT be who i AM because i'm pregnant?!!?

btw, i'm 28, married, homeowner, have a career, planned this baby and have done everything i'm supposed to during a pregnancy.

so how does a person's attire make them a "better mom"??
just curious, because i really don't get this concept.

Hi all. I am so frustrated. I took an hpt yesterday and got a very faint second pink line. Today, my impatience got the best of me so I tested again using first morning pee. No second line at all this time. AF not due till Wednesday and I am having several early PG symptoms. Any advice? I used First Response, is there a better early detection test out there?

cindy bell, a 20 y/o gravida 2, para 1 at 40 weeks gestation, presents to you in the birthing unit with contractions every 5-7mins. She is accompanied by her husband. Spontaneous rupture of membranes occured 2" prior to admission. Cindy tells you that the field was colorless and clear. You orient Cindy and he family to the birthing room & perform a physical assessment, documenting the ff. data: VS are normal. A vaginal exam demonstrate the cervix is 75% effaced, 4cm dilated w/ a vertext at (-1) station in the LOP position. You place on an external fetal monitor. The FHR baseline is 140-147 w/ accelerations to 156bpm no accelerations are noted. Contractions are 5-6mins. apart, moderate intensity and lasting 40-50secs. Cindy states she would like to stay out of bed as long as possible bec. lying down seems to make the contractions more painful, especially in her back.

im not usually late and i also have no signs of it coming anytime soon!! i usually have some pains for a few days before!! i have just had a miscarriage does this mean that my period will be late??

also i have been feeling like i might be pregnant...like feeling sick some sickness in mornings and im always going to the toilet!!

is it bad to have my baby now? i am already 3cm dialated but my doc didnt say anything about being effaced...nor did he say i would go into labor soon or anything but i was considering taking some long walks to get things moving, would it be bad if i did go into labor?

My girlfriend is on birth contol, about 5 weeks ago we had a few nights of sex without a condom. She is on birth control and has never missed a dose. At the present moment she is 3 weeks late on her period, she has been nauseous constantly, has to pee 30 times a day, and says that her boobs have doubled in size. She have taken 10 tests, all have came up negative, her friends said stress might be causing the late period. I need your advice!!

i'm 17 weeks pregnant. when the doctors feel my stomach and do ultrasounds they press quite hard into my stomach, not for it to hurt but for it to be uncomfortable. i just wondered whether there was any possible chance that feeling your uterus or feeling for the baby with your hands could cause any potential risks to the fetus? i'm sure there isn't but i just wanted to be sure. thanx

first, sorry for posting it in this area, but im so used to it i feel like i know it and ive always been happy with the answers.
on saturday i found out two different peolple might be my dad. im 15 weeks, 17 years old and absolutely suicidal my whole life has been turned around. it wont go out of my head and i cant stop crying, i want "dad" to be my dad so bad, hes the one ive grown up with. i spoke to him and he said forget it, that hell always be my dad but it wont go away, how can i get this out of my head?
i dont want a dna, because if hes not my dad im not ready to be told that..ill never be ready. and illbe jealous that hes not.
ive been told my dads a blood group B, and so am i. but my sisters an A. whereas the other possibility i dont know.. but hes an alcoholic, has been in jail.. and i dont want him to be my dad
what are the chances? please give me some advice, i dont know what to do im so down x

I'd like to hear ppl's opinion about my ex. He met a woman 2 months ago and she is 40 years old single. She doesn't think she can find partner in her life and even doesn't want to try to look for it. But just wants to have a baby for her own. He decided to help her and had sex just to make her pregnant. He says they talk about it a lot and they made sure that he will not be responsable for anything when she gets pregnant and have a baby. It was very shocking story for me and totaly against my moral. Am I wrong? I know there so many ppl with different thoughts, but this is not accceptable for me. I feel like 2 adults just playing with sex and human life...what do you think about it?

i think that there beautiful... but my question is...the mother is 100% white and the father is like 25% white... im wondering what the baby might look like...and also the father is alot older..so does that do anything to the babys genes like sinse the mothers like 20 years younger does it have an affect on what the baby might look like...also mother has blue eyes and father brown...are the chances 50/50?? is there a chance the baby will come out completely white..or black..please im not being rasist..we will love it regardless even if it comes out orange my main queston is..does the fathers age make what the baby will take after him less?
