My girlfriend is on birth contol, about 5 weeks ago we had a few nights of sex without a condom. She is on birth control and has never missed a dose. At the present moment she is 3 weeks late on her period, she has been nauseous constantly, has to pee 30 times a day, and says that her boobs have doubled in size. She have taken 10 tests, all have came up negative, her friends said stress might be causing the late period. I need your advice!!

If all of her tests are coming up negative, she probably isn't pregnant, but I say probably.
It is very easy to convince your mind that you are pregnant and have the same symptoms. More than likely, she is just stressed out about this.
If you are positively convinced, she can always go in to the doctor for a blood test.

If she has never missed a pill it is pretty unlikely that she is pregnant. Also you have taken 10 tests and all come up negative which leads me to believe it is even more unlikely.
If you still aren't sure have her go to doctors and take a test but after being 3 weeks late it should show up on home pregnancy tests.
Has she put on any weight lately? that could be cause of increased brest size. the nausea could be caused by the fact that shes worried/stressed because you had sex without a condom and she is afriad she is prgenant.

well i think your gf friends are right stress can cause late periods. pregnancy tests are 99% correct. however it could just be to early to tell. so my advice is wait another week, if her period still is a no show, then mayb you should make an appointment at your doctors. because as everyone knows the pill is not always safe. and about the weeing 30 times aday that could b asimple solution she may just have a urine infection. but in the mean time make sure she is stress free. good luck what ever the outcome. please post to let us know would be very interested in knowing.

it could very well be stress. she could be thinking about it so much that it is delaying everything. if she has taken 10 tests and they are all negative she more than likely isnt pregnant. although it would be a good idea for her to go to a health department or dr. if she has insurance and get a checkup and have them draw blood to see if she is or not. hope this helps and take care

If 10 tests came out negative, this means she is not pregnant. Take the blood test to be sure.

She's probably not pregant. If she's taken 10 tests and they all came back neg. there's little chance that she is. Get her to call her ob-gyn and said up an appointment for a blood test and to see why her period is so late.

You need to book an appointment with your GP and take a blood test. Its not normal to be 3weeks late even if your not pregnant so its best to get checked out either way. She sounds pregnant but HPT's can be wrong. Good luck and congrats

I was on bc for over 6 years and I had unprotected sex all of the time and didnt get pregnant and even after going off of bc it took 8 months to get pregnant.....If your girlfriend was pregnant she would definetly have got a positive pregnancy test by now....tell her to go to her dr and they will try and find out what is going on with her....but I dont think that she is pregnant....unless she has been off of the pill for a while thinking that she is pregnant and you have been having unprotected sex.....Good Luck

Except for the nausea, she has all the symptoms of the onset of her period. Many things can change the rhythm of her body. If the tests come up negative, it is doubtful that she is pregnant.
