What causes a pregnant woman to have red palms and redness under her feet?
Im 32 weeks pregnant and noticed part of my palms are red and so is underneath my feet.

Red or itchy palms:
Increases in the **hormone estrogen** may cause your palms to become red and itchy. For some women, this may also affect the soles of their feet. Like most skin changes that occur during pregnancy, the redness should fade after delivery.

My palms and soles got kind of red and itchy. My midwife said it is a common condition caused by an increase in estrogen. It usually disappears right after delivery.

Its due to the increased amounts of blood your body is producing, at least thats what my doctor said.

well if your baby weighs alot u might have put lots of precher on your feet
