By embarrassing I mean if you didn't make it to the bathroom, if you made it to the bathroom in an embarrassing way, or if there were other people around you when you were barfing or when you were runing to the bathroom.

my last menstrual period was may 28. june 28..i didn't have my period (didn't have sex within that period), but i expected this since it's usually irregular. july 5 i had sex, with my partner using a condom. till now, i still don't have my period. i did a home pregnancy test (which is 12 days after the intercourse) and the result was negative. can i rely on this or is the test just too early to be accurate? i am not experiencing anything unusual (nausea, overfatigue, constipation, urinary frequency), still i am worried. could i be pregnant?

What I want to know is...should I disclose to everyone I am pregnant before or after the interview. There is a great chance I will get the position because I have been helping the department out with the same work I would be doing just to be nice. I have already worked in that department but that was when I was a temp. Now I am permanent and this is a bump up. Big raise, could really use it.

I'm not really asking a particular important question here I just like to read about people's experiences. I want to know about all the mums who have had a baby been through the pregnancy and birth whether natural or c-section and to hear what you had to go through and whatever else you would like to add. I think it might help people who are pregnant and have alot of questions with no experience or no idea of what is to be expected.

I've been nausa to my tummy and is i smell food i get sick like i'm about to throw up and my boobs hurt like crazy and this has been going on for about a week and a couple of days.

Ok, so my doctor said I could go ahead and try the castor oil thing. But he said he has never seen it work. Now he didn't mention anything about getting sick, or being in the bathroom all day. My mom did it and said she never got sick, and my grandma did it and never told me that it made her sick. Now I don't know what to do because at first I was totally against my mom when it came to castor oil and now my doctor said to go ahead and try it. I don't know what to do. I am so confused that I am crying. I am 38 weeks and 4 days, and my doc said that if I don't dialated more by Monday he was going to induce me anyways. Is that why he might of said to try it? HELP.......plus I don't know what to do......what the quote, unquote "recipes" are for it. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we went to the doctor a few weeks ago & everything looked great with the baby& me but we didn't get to find out the gender of the baby. i am so scared this baby will be another girl. we already have 2 & hubby wants to keep trying untill we get a boy. i want to have my tubes tied after this baby how can i help him & my self deal with the baby possibley being another girl. i know you guys are probabaly think "she is so selfish" & i am now i just want a boy but a girl will be fine as long as either sex is a healthy baby i'll be happy but happier if the baby is a boy. i am very greatfully for my girls & i also know what is is like to lose a child i lost 2. don't get me wrong i would love for this baby to be a boy but if it's not that's ok to. i am very great to be able to have kids unlike so many women who try for years with no luck and have to deal with the pain of not having kids. I AM VERY GREATFULLY FOR MY CHILDREN. i go back to the doctor on the 27th. maybe we'll see a boy this time!

Since finding out I was pregnant I have had this hunger! It wont go away!. In the begining I could not even fill myself up, it's getting a bit better but I still find myself eating far to much!. I have put on over 1.5 stones in 6 weeks. Has anyone else had this happen to them?. I am trying to control it but I just get these urges!

ok so i have a dr appt today and we will be hearing the heartbeat for the first time. I am so excited i cant make the day go by fast enough. so i fiquired i ask some random questions to help me busy.
. i hear about how breastfeeding helps get your fiquire back, burn calories etc. does the same happen if you pump?

i know im not supposed to take alka seltzer because of the asprin but would it be ok to take an asprin free variety?? or is the sodium bicarbonate just as bad?

why is it so uncomfortable to sleep even though i dont have any belly yet??
im only 11 1/2 weeks.

how much does and ultrasound cost?
my ins will not pay for an ultrasound to find out the sex so if we cant see it on the one the doc sends us for we have to pay for our own.

ok that should do it.

My girlfriend usually takes her birth control about 9:40pm before bed. Last night she was in a beauty contest and wasn't free to take it until like 10:25pm. Is this a huge deal and should we refrain from sex for awhile or are we good to go??

I am 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Yesterday I went into my doctors appointment and we talked about how I was 1 cm dialated, and not effaced at all last Thursday. Then he checked my cervix and I am still 1 cm dialated, but I am now 75% effaced. He said that if nothing changes by next Monday then we will talk about inducing me because she was 6lbs 11oz at 36 weeks and she has been measuring big since March. He said he is amazed that I haven't went into labor or had her already. Is it normal to become 75% to 100% effaced and not be dialated beyond 1 cm? I am just curious. This is my first pregnancy, and I am very excited to see her. If this has happened to someone before, can you please tell me a way to help bring on some contractions**without castor oil**!

hi,i'm 18 weeks and 4 weeks pregnant and yesturday was a bad day. i popped out with my mum,we couldn't have been out longer than half an hour when i started to get overly hot for no reason.It all happened really quickly,within 5 mins.i started feeling that something wasn't right and my body felt really strange,i felt like i was going to be sick for a second but then i started to loose my vision and held on to some railings.I had pins and needles shooting all over my body from head to toe and could barely feel my hands or legs.The last thing i remember before passing out was that i felt like i had no control over my arms or hands and i couldnt hold onto my drink.Coming round on the concrete was awfull,the pins and needles were so bad,my head felt like it was in a tumble dryer and i still couldnt see,i could only hear.My legs felt like they were paralised and i couldn't move them as much as i tried.My mum told me afterwards that my eyes were rolling back and i was moaning really loud.

I think it should, not only due to the life of the baby, but also the method of abortion.
Has anyone ever seen an abortion take place?
I remember back when i was in school at the end of my last year (must have been 15 coming up to 16), and in religious class we were all shown the method of abortion and seen real time footage of one taking place.
I was shocked as you would expect, i was actually quite sick and sad after seeing it. But im gald i saw it, because it did open up my eyes to the situation.
To me i see/saw it as a weird, brutal method of removing a baby from the womb, and it is classed as murder.
How can you have a medical badge and qualifications and so on, kill an unborn baby, and is classed as legal? If it is still in the womb and you kill it, it is classed as OK, but if its out of the womb its classed as MURDER?

Many women choose never to have children because of a number of reasons but I've found that these women often have to endure the rest of society thinking that it's 'not normal'.
I myself have chosen NEVER to have children and hate it when I'm forced to listen to people whitter on about how other people can't have kids themselves and what a waste it is that I don't have this pproblem but am still choosing not to have any.

It is not my own personal fault that there are couples who cannot conceive. I'm sorry but it just isn't my problem, not that I don't care about these people it's just I hate feeling ridaculed and made to feel guilty about my decision.
Me having children isn't going to help these childless couples is it?
Are there any other people out there who have experienced this?
Are any of you one of those who make childless people feel guilty for their decisions?

Long story.
Guys let me get to the point I've been in bed for about 2 weeks now sick down wateva I've been to the E.R 3 times now
Ok we'll my 2nd trip to the E.R the GYN/OB he checked me out I told him my first visit to the E.R they told me I had UTI but I wasn't honest and didn't say I was having sex
So it was left like that my pain got worse even dough I was on something givin to me at the eR I had pain when I didn't make it to the bathroomm fast enough and after I peed but it didn't burn.

The GYN check me put his hands in me OOCH!!

He took blood n urine from me he came back an hour later and told me that I was about 2 weeks pregnant BUT my blood count was very low they where going to take more blood he said I was probably anemic[sorry if I spelled wrong] or was having a tubal pregnancie or an early miscarriage Oh also he said I also had a yeast infection

I waited another hour and the nurse came back and said my results where good so I assumed that I was fine they gave me prenatal vitamenz and nitrofurantoin
Its been about 3days I've been on nitrofurantoin. And I find mysellf still in pain
The gyn told me to come back in 2 days but my mom took me to a place where they take my blood and I should get my results tomorrow then I should go back to the E.R
The point is today I feel so depress I'm only 16 and I just want to feel good the pain drives me nuts I only been on the nitrofurantoin for 3days and only have 2 more days to go I dnt feel any better :0(

I can't sleep at night I was using monistat to treat the yeast infection but it made me itchy and I had to stop using it

I need advice cheering up
I'm young n feel like crap..
I just feel down anyone?

I have a constant feeling like I'm getting my period. Not pains, just a feeling. I have a sore back and boobs now. I also have had some very light pinkish discharge on average once a week since this began. It goes in minutes and it's only when you wipe but in the five minutes that it's there it kinda freaks me out. Has anyone had this? I have had this three times now in total. Any advice is appreciated.
