The pool thing must be a myth - they have actually studied this and the water you swim or bath in does not enter the vaginal canal (this is why they no longer recommend against women taking baths in pregnancy).
Stuff without clothes on without "sex." That is a little harder to answer. All you need is a way for the sperm to enter - so if his fingers or yours carried some of his stuff inside you there is a possibility. But you would need to be fertile at that time and would need to have gotten it far enough that the sperm could make it.
Bottom line, Sex is Sex. Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise, you're much to valuable to fall prey to other people's silly superstitions.

But no, in a pool.
No without penetration.
Maybe with doing things without clothes on, but only if his penis came in contact with the area around your vulva...or maybe barely penetrates? Did he?
