I think your pressure might be low, you need to have some salt/sugar and water solution, it always helps, this is normal through preganacy, and you need to make sure you eat right. For now try having half a glass of solution.

If this is happening to you often, I would call your doctor because it might signal a blood pressure problem or some other complication like gestational diabetes.
But if feeling faint and hot and a little short of breath happens only every once in a while it is very normal in the 2nd and 3rd trimester due to increase blood volume and stress on your heart and from the growing uterus pushing on nerves and blood vessels.
Many women actually faint when they are pregnant and it is not usually cause for concern unless it happens a lot.
When you feel this way, put your head between your legs. Or lie down on a couch with your feet elevated and turn up the AC or put a fan on yourself. Have a cold drink and breathe deeply to relax. If you are feeling hungry, eat a little something to avoid low blood sugar.
All the best to you and baby!

Does not sound like it. Being lighted headed or dizzy can happen but if you get blurry vision that is not a good sign. If you can't get ahold of your doctor or don't want to call in case it is nothing, just call a nearby hospital, they have nurses staffed you can talk to about your symptoms and they will let you know if they think it is something you should be seen for. I would think it may be related to gestational diabetes, which can cause lightheadedness and such if your blood sugar gets out of range, but the blurred vision does not sound like a good sign and it's better to look into it and be safe, you have both your health and your babies to think about so better safe than sorry!

I felt the same way, but from about 18 weeks. Speak to your doctor about it because in my case it was low blood pressure. First he suggested that I add more sat to my diet, but that didn't help me so now I'm on medication for my blood pressure.
It could also be something to do with your blood sugar. Check it out with your doctor first though.
If you are feeling faint, I found that lying down helps or putting your head between your knees. Problem is that your stomache gets in the way. ;)
