Pregnancy - March 2007

i havnt conceived in tweny years of on and off trying.Not done a test yet but will tommorow .just curious as to what you may think.Eating everything in sight,always hungry,back ache but no usual period signs,and some of the signs would (if i were to be pregnant)seam to indicate later in pregnancy.My grand mother saw her periods all through her last one at 43,out of the blue.Can this follow in family.Also very emotional,tired,but feel happier,though for no apparent reason.

He wanted to try and have a baby and as luck would have it, the first month we tried, I got pregnant. Now he's a nervous wreck. He's worried about EVERYTHING. How can I help him?? Another question I have is, I am soooo scared to give birth. I was wondering if a C-section is any better than a vaginal birth??

Hi!

One of my best friend gonna have a baby in 1 month.
Since she know she was pregnant she became to be very very afraid about not be able to give food to her children.

We live far from each other. She just call me hour ago telling she is in a Psychiatric Hospital for Nervous Depression.

I'm not sure but she seem to try to suicide.
It's the first on 6 years that I know her that she is so hurt and stressed. She is not herself.

She doens't really want to be anymore with his boyfriend.

Last time we saw she was in the same situation (but not in major depression.)

My questions is did you already know or live a situation like that? I heard some woman pass sometime by a major depression before giving bitrh.

The most guilty of her depression is the money...She don't really have money. We live both in Canada where the gourvenment give help for those girl-mother.

I'm just worried about her. What do you think?

I need a dress for a wedding I am in~ April 7th. I just had a baby, I need a larger size. I ordered a dress on Feb. 22 and was told that it was going to be in March 15. Well it is not in. I called the place I ordered it from... thedresshut.com, and he said the manufacturer is focusing on smaller sizes for prom. So I asked him, "Fat girls don't go to the prom?" He said bluntly, "yes." So, needless to say, I canceled my order and now I am frantically searching for the dress so that I will match the others in the wedding. So my question is, how many of you would order from a company like this... thedresshut.com?

Please pass the word onto others about my grief and aggravation!

I already told her it was negative then, and I haven't been with any other people since she and I first started dating. I am concerned that she has major trust issues. And when I ask her if she trusts me she says yes, but wants to go back to the clinic to make sure it was negative. I feel like I'm going crazy and losing sight of myself. I know I haven't been at risk. We've never had issues regarding infidelity. Her parents certainly have ... and now I am dealing with her baggage. This all started because I mysteriously got a sore throat. I told her I would go to the clinic and prove once more that I do not have HIV. Am I losing my mind????

My girlfriend and I were fooling around one night and she gave me a hand job and then about 4-5 minutes after I came I fingered her and I'm not 100% sure if I had anything on my hand or not, and so a couple of days after that she went by the store and got one of those EPT's, it was negative, she was supposed to have her period on the 17th of march but it hasn't come and she just recently went to get 2 more EPT's and one was positive and one was negative. I really need your help, I'm only 16, I know it's stupid to do all this stuff I won't ever do it again, I never meant anything to happen, please help me.

Is this true. If so, I had sexual intercourse with my husband on Febuary 24 2007, and we are trying for a baby. When would be the appropriate date to take the pregnancy test (First Response)? And i can not wait for my period because i have an irregular period, i get it about 2-3 times a YEAR. Yes, so I need to know if i can take it tomarrow morning. It would have been 3 weeks and a day. Please help. thank You.

i have a question about labor....they always say that a bloody show is present when ur in labor but what if you r having contractions and all but no blood or even pinkness!! would that mean i am in labor or not?? i am getting really impation waiting for my lil boy to arrive and i was just think about that b/c i am losing my mucus plug but its not pink or bloody!! someone tell me please what they know about this??

I just had an exam today by the doctor. she said im 3 cm dialated and 90% effaced. She also did a sweep of the membraines. Is it normal to have bleeding afterwards and how long am I going to bleed for?

I will be 40 weeks pregnant on march 23 and today my stomach has been tighteningand relaxing like contractions but it doesnt hurt. It tightens for maybe 1-2mins then relaxes for 3-4 mins I called my doc but would like some anserws now as he hasnt returned my call yet

I am 23 weeks pregnant with my first child and am still not sure how much water/fluids I should be drinking a day. I was drinking 2 of the big fiji water bottles (2 fl liters I believe) a day and my doctor said thats not enough but then didnt tell me how much I should be drinking. Anyone know?

Is it at all possible to have a sexy stomach after pregnancy? I mean can you actually have a stomach that doesn't look like you've even had a child? I was overweight before I got pregnant and my OBGYN is this tiny thin waif-like creature. She told me I should only gain 15 lbs throughout the course of my pregnancy. I am at 5 mos already and have gained 19 lbs. My appointment is tomorrow and I know I'll get some lecture. This is my first pregnancy. Are all the OBGYN's like this? I love listening to baby's heartbeat, but hate the rest of the appointment because of this DR. My mom says the doc is being ridiculas and that I should at least expect to gain between 25-35 lbs. Any thoughts?

i am currently 27 weeks pregnant and my dr has advised me againist sex saying that it could cause bleeding do to blood vessels on my cervix being to close to the surface. well the real question comes in how do i maintain an intimate realtionship with my hubby without having sex for the next at least 13 weeks? serious responds only.

I just read a question close to this so I thought I would ask this also, just in case someone else did.
If a woman had sex a week before her period and received a normal period do you think she could still be pregnant afterwards?
I don't think she could especially if it was a normal period, although rare things have happened.

Ok my 15 year old cousin (same age as me) never called or wrote. I just found out that she was pregnant and she just had her baby about 2 weeks ago. I just found all this out yesterday. What would you do. Plus her actual dad is disowning her if the baby is black. Her mom threw her out. the babies daddy I think walked out. He is 17 years old. What can I do?

hi, im 17 weeks pregnant and i'v been having really sharp menstrual cramps and at night/day i would get a sore back and cramps in my legs and it really hurt. Did anybody experienced this? I went to see my doctor and he couldnt feel my cervix to see if it was open or close. but im really scared..

I realize that the due date is a guess. I'm due sometime around April 25th. If the baby comes earlier does that mean your conception date was off? What if the baby comes later does that mean the same thing?
The baby will come when it's good and ready but I just wondered if they came earlier or later that maybe it had something to do with your conception date. Thanks.
