Pregnancy - March 2007

The company I work for does not offer paid materinty leave. I assume that I will be using vacation time, sick time and personal time to give me some sort of income while Im off work. Does Short term disability come into effect for maternity leave. Do you have to return to work? I've never done this before and Im kind of clueless~

my periods have been all over the place the past 6 months ever since i had the implant took out my arm they could be 1 week late or 2 week late so im having trouble working it out i did buy a pack of clearblue ovulation test sticks about 4 months ago and it shown up my ovulation and i came on 10 days later last month i was a week late but this month i was 2 weeks late i came on on the 10th march so please could you help me

So im 37 weeks pregnant and counting, Can you tell if your dialated?? How can you tell?? Can you feel it? My Dr won't check me unless im in labor or passed my due date. Its not like I can have my husband do it.HA. Anyways, I really want to know if I am or not.

Do I see my regular family doctor for a blood test? Or, do I see my OBGYN? I do know that my regular family doctor does not have a lab on site...not sure if that would change an answer.

I've engaged in dry sex with little or no fluid with clothes on 3 days before my [3-day, short] period. Then after that, the next day, there were light pink blood-I don't know if that's implantation-.I have been having cramps whis whole time, I feel like vomitting, my breasts have been tender the whole time too and I think my stomach is getting bigger and I feel dizzy sometimes and exhausted. My stomach looks bigger!!! I saw 2 doctors (1 of which I saw 3 times, telling me she doesn't think so and that's it's just guilt) , and a clinician twice who found me kind of irritating saying I couln't have! + I wanna know: IF I'M SHOWING ALL THESE SYMPTOMS, WILL THE TEST BE ACCURATE?
The light blood did come after a week! That's what I'm worried about and I just remembered.I did take a blood test a week after.-negative- I think it's too early. So i don't know!mY BOOBS are kinda pinchy and sore. It was like that the whole timeand my nippes too. + I feel like my BREAST+stomach are getting BIGGER

We are trying to conceive.
My last period was 3/1. And my cycle is about 30 days regular cycle. We had sex from 11th through 18th.
Since past few days,I've been being so hungry. I know it maybe just my imagination,but I just wanted to get some infomation that how early people get pregnancy sighns.

The massage is being offered through my work (10 minutes for $10!!!) however, it is NOT a prenatal massage. Just a standard back massage. I'm 6 months pregnant as of today. Would I be allowed to get on even though it's not prenatal?

im currently 25 weeks and over the last few day my stomach is sore on the outside to the right of my bellybutton, i feel the baby moving daily, and sometimes he does roll against the side which hurts but not enough to make it sore on the outside, also i have alot of pulling pain low almost in my groin area, anyone else have this?

I didn't want kids ever and then when I found out I was pregnant it was the most beautiful feeling I ever had. I only knew for 7 days and I miscarried. I so angry and pissed why did this happen to me. and now I want to try again but my fiance wants to wait until after our wedding which I agree but our wedding isn't until May 2009. I just loved the feeling I had during my short lived pregnancy I know I'm young (21) but I feel ready we own a home and there is nothing to lose. I am back on anti- depressants but I'm still so sad. What can I do?

Has any one else had an early scan?
Hi, has any one else ever had an early scan i had a scan yesterda at 6 weeks we found the sac a yolk sac and a fetal pole, i have been looking on the net at other peoples scans pitcures at 6 weeks and their sacs seems to be all sort of shapes but none are like mine my seems to thin at one end at thicken at the other is this normal (like the shape of a tadpole)?

this is my 3rd pregnancy and I don't ever remember being this tired. I feel like I could sleep for days. I hasn't gotten any better, could this be low iron. I'm getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night. I had low iron while I was pregnant with my other 2 kids, but remember being tired

ok i had my first dr app. last week and was 6 weeks well now i am 7 weeks and 2 days and at my first app. they had me give a urine sample...blood test...hiv test...talked to me and that was pretty much it so what should i expect next dr. app. i hate not knowing what to expect....

Okay this will sound weird but I am only 2 weeks pregnant and my belly is sticking out like a ball. Background: I'm 110 lbs 5 ft. I did the IUI under my RE's care. I took Bravelle injections prior to the IUI and I think there were only two mature follicles that I know of. I tested with an OTC pregancy kit on day 10 and 12 and both came back positive. On day 12 my doctor took a blood test and that came back positive as well. So all seems fine except my belly feels so dense, thick, heavy, and big. Are these after effects of my overly stimulated ovaries, i.e. the drugs? I'm currently taking progesterone. My other discomforts are burping a lot and sore breasts. Oh, and I can't eat too much cause I feel full right away. Thanks for any input.
