YES!!!! I have EXACTLY what your talking about. Even with the sore spot to the right of my belly button. The doctor said that could be where the placenta is attached to my uteros (sorry...spelling??) and thats why it was causing the sore spot. It has gotten better now that im 34 1/2 weeks pregnant though. The pulling pains in the groin area are just because your uteros is stretching and growing much bigger everyday. Taking a warm shower can help or taking a tylenol for the pain. Just one though!!! I know for some people thats basically like not taking it at all..but it can help a little bit. Putting a heat compress on the sore area can make it feel better now. I would only be concerned if you started having stomach pains or cramps along with bleeding. Ask your doctor about it at your next appointment just to be sure your alright but, it sounds just like what i have and its harmless!!! Hang in there!!! not much longer for ya and your gunna have that baby! good luck!!!!

I'm 23 weeks and the pulling pain in your groin is most likely from your uterus stretching. Thats completely normal. I get that too. As for the pain on the outside, I'm not sure.
I recently had some bad cramps on my right to my belly button and I was told by my doctor it was most likely an intestinal issue and to drink more fluids.
Just so you know on your right side down there, beneath your skin there is really only baby and intestines. So its either one or the other making you sore and I'd have to guess baby. But if it really concerns you then obviously call your OB

I'm 31 weeks and at your stage i was getting some weird pains in my groin they were Sharpe though like shooting pains and had them in my back as well.
i still get pains now Evey now then its normal your body is going though a lot and your at the stage where you start to get big its prob either stretching of the uterus or ligament pain as your joints soften in pregnancy.
mention it at your next anti natal appointment the midwife will give you better advise but don't worry I'm sure everything is fine good luck

This kind of sounds like similar pains my sister had. All was fine - but how soon is your next appointment. If its a ways off, just go get checked to be on the safe side. Better safe than sorry.

YEAH! i have had loads of aches and pains and i am 28 weeks and am being reffered to a physio midwife as they tell me its just all the muscles strectching and the pulling pain is the babies head on my bladder and not to worry! i also get a a really bad pain wen tryin to get into and turn over in bed at nite. i have one of them body pillows which helps a bit but my midwife told me tht was due to the muscles around the pelvis loosening and all the bones ready for labour which i suppose makes alot of sense. i have really rambled on here but i am very tired so u will have to 4 give me :) i had even referred myself into our local mat ward twice because of these pains where they even give me an extra scan. so dont worry but just tell ur midwife next time u c her good luck :)

this is your ligaments stretchin get ready theres more to come soon your pelvis will start to separate and u wont want to walk and baby shop as much o the joys of pregnancy and when you re 7-8 months you will start your nesting period and thus begins clothes washin and organizing 0-3 months,3-6 months-so on and so on,and 2 weeks before your due date every cramp you think is this it ,,,is,, this ,,,it?????and check your ''hospital bag'' 40 times to prepare ..and you wont use half the crap u pack ..and youll never sleep a full night again try to sleep now ''if u can ''and aren't peeing allnight but the are soo damn cute you will actually want to do it over again[smile] congrats to hunny

Something simliar. My guess is that its just your muscles stretching and supporting the extra weight of the baby now. That is actually a very common side effect. Im about 27 weeks and mine is getting better. Good luck!
