You can eat tuna and salmon - it is high in protein and it is very good for you.

Just don't eat too much, also try getting a cut of fresh tuna and avoid canned tuna.

You can broil or pan fry your tuna with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Then break it up and make your delicious, fresh tuna sandwich.

Yes, tuna is perfectly safe to eat during pregnancy. Until recently there was a debate on to weather or not the mercury that is found in large game fish that pregnant women consumed could be linked to the rise in autism. This theory has been discredited by the FDA. Have your sandwich and enjoy!

You can have small amounts of tuna! And it's good for the baby as it has Omega 3 fatty acids.

Not unless you are allergic to tuna, or seafood, or if the doctor told you not to eat it, or possibly to stay away from salt?
If your OK on these, dig in. The baby knows what it wants.
