I was nauseaus the whole time with both of my children. When the baby drops or moves down, this is usually within a couple weeks of delivery. Also, you get more nausea when the baby gets bigger and leaves you less room to digest your meals.

Very very bad pains are a good sign, but that's obvious....
The other ones are what they call "nesting instinct" a sudden urges to clean and tidy a day or so before you go into labour.
Oh, I know it's not nice but a major sign that you're about to goin to labour is the need to go #2!!!! Often!!!

actually yes some women get veryvery sick as they enter into labor and sometimes it goes away during the acutaly labor process and sometimes it doesn't another sign is BM's some women have loose stools as they go into labor. Good Luck!

i'm additionally 36/37 and that i've got been getting nausea for some week. im not to sure about feeling sick, but pains are a number one thing that you will get before labor...and if you mean before the contractions then, losing your mucus plug would be a first, then or while having contraction! youll also feel dull pains and pressure

I only know because my wife is going through this right now. There are many signs, every woman is different. Bleeding, water leakage, indigestion, back pains, cramping are just to name a few.

i never had symptoms just contractions for 3 long and slow days....have a hot bath and if ur in labour or about 2 im sure that will help you on ur way...good luck x

losing the mucus plug and your water breaking....your dilation also has a big role in it.
