Some women have very elastic skin that looks good after childbirth and no stretch marks. My mom did. I don't.
What I wish I had been told when 2nd pregnancy began,
is "Do not let yourself gain more than 25 lbs." I came from
the hospital with a 7lb 9oz girl after a 2 day stay, and needed
to grocery shop. I put on my tightest pants to test, they fit!
Checker asked "Weren't you the one that was pregnant?"
She was shocked I didn't look like I had a baby two days ago.
After birth, do the "8 and 5" excercise a doctor told me when
I was 18. Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, and if
sitting , standing or laying down: PULL IN stomach and pelvic
area tightly for the count of 8, saying One, 1000, Two, 1000,
Three, etc. and after 8, SLOWLY RELAX for a count of 5 by
space of 1000 between each number. REPEAT PULL IN to
the count of 8 until you have done 20 minutes several times a day. Doctor did not lie. Makes everything tight as when 15.
Personally, I plead Beware of how you eat for two. The 'lil
one won't need extra helpings from you of snacks and ice
cream, for your body has all the nutrition it will require.
Prenatal vitamins will get you through with less weight
when the baby comes and a sexy tummy faster.

When you're within the nerve wrecking level of now not realizing if you're pregnant or now not you feel each little factor is a symptom. I'm now not being imply, I'm simply pronouncing do not sweat the small stuff. It maybe some thing entirely unrelated. Go to the medical professionals simply to be further reliable.

I believe it is possible. I was small before I had my daughter and I gained about 40 pounds before I had her . I was depressed and didnt think I would be able to lose the weight. But soon after I had her I dropped about 30 pounds (from the placenta, baby weight and blood). After that I just tried to eat right, breastfed (they say you lose weight faster that way) and just took the baby for walks. I am back to my original weight and it only took me a couple of months.

I've never had abs or anything like that but I've never had rolls, extra skin or stretch marks all over and now I do. My daughter is 8 months old and I will have all the kids I plan on having and be visiting my old boss (a plastic surgeon) to get everything fixed.
I know some people that go back to having great bodies but I'm not one of them! Good luck to you though....its definately worth it!

your stomach will eventually return to normal, but if you want it to look great, exercise. NEVER sit around like a log or you won't get any extra gained weight off, and you may not get your sexy tummy back. ^___^
good luck and best wishes. =)

I do not believe that it could be possible without surgery. Especially if you have 2 c-sections like me!!! My second son is 3,5 months old and I look like pregnant.
