Could i still be pregnant?
I thought that i may have been pregnant so i did a pregnancy test 2 days befoe my period, it was one of the types where you can tell 7-5 days before your period. It came out negative. I got my period on the 26th and it had been a bright bright red almost pink you might say. I have never had a period like this before, it was slightly heavier than i usually get but normally its not very heavy at all. Suddenly today NOTHING!!. Does anyone know what this could mean??? I am going to take another pregnancy test in the morning but i just wondered if anyone else might know what im talking about. Serious answers only please!!!

It wasnt all that heavy but i am normally very light! I was only going to do the test tomorrow morning because they say that is the best time. I think i will have to do it tonight just to put my mind at ease.

I'm a 37 year old pregnant woman with the first baby. 12 years ago, I was practicing as a midwife but later I changed my field. Maybe that's why that I scare a lot of Iabor and delievery. I know that A vaginal delivery with epidural is the best option, but what if I need to have forceps or vacume? What if after having the labor I can not deliver and need to have a C-section?

How difficult is the pain after c-section compared to vaginal delivery and pushing phase?

My bf & I are discussing our future plans and he would like to wait for another 6 years before we start a family due to his career (enlisting & training with the air force). I am 30 and he's 29. I already have 2 children from a previous relationship so it wouldn't bother me if I didn't have more children - but he would like a family of his own.

I have tried telling him that not only do the "risks" increase after the age of 35 but I also have other mitigating factors that may hinder my chances of pregnancy especially at that age. In my early 20's I had laser surgery & I had a cone biopsy done to remove precancerous cells from my cervix. I also have only one functioning tube left as one of my tubes was removed after an ectopic pregnancy ruptured. I am trying to convince him that if we wait until HE's ready to start a family, that we may not have very good odds in our favour.

Any help or wise words from women would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going for my 20 week ultrasound this week and I can't decide if I want to find out the sex of my baby? Any thoughts/opinions.

This is my first baby and although at first I was going to leave it as a surprise, I don't think I can wait any longer.....

However, I really REALLY want to have a boy, but I have this deep down feeling that I want a boy so much I will end up having a girl! Has anyone ever experienced this?

Would appreciate a broad range of ideas/thoughts/opinions!

I had a miscarriage at 9 wks in 11/06 & just miscarried again last wk at 4 1/2 wks. We waited one period after our miscarriage to try again, and then we got pregnant on our first attempt. Since we miscarried again I'm just wondering if I my uterus wasn't strong enough and if I should have waited longer to try again. The doctor told me to wait one period, but I hear different things from so many doctors. Who do I believe?!!!

i will be 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant

instructions:

drink 1 L of water in 30 mins

be up at the Antenatal clinic 15 - 30 mins before the appointmant

and bring Medicare card and request form.

so is this just a normal ultrasound? should i expect any supprises? and what can i expect?

Ok this is really doing my head in! I will be 28wks on Friday so wot would be closest to my conception date? I tried working it out but im confused on how it works. Do i deduct 14dys from the 28wks? My friend says that it says on my chart that my baby is EXACTLY 28wks which is strange but i dont have a clue what she's going on about! Who knows the date??

I took a pregnancy test about a week ago, and again tonight, both times a very faint positive came up, and than faded away after about 15 sec. I have had the increased headaches, fatigue, tenderness, Heartburn, nausea, mood swings, peeing, cravings, and insomnia.

Would that test be still considered a positive test? Do you think I am pregnant?

i started the depo shots aug 17, 2004 and imy last shot was july 26, 2005. i havent had a period since aug 2004 not even know. but i was told that u can get pregnant during depo shots, but never understood if im not ovulating. but now i have a problem. i test negative for a preg test dec 28, 2006. i've had intercourse since then but now im having every symptom of pregnancy there is. i just havent taken a test. but how can i know how far along if i am? i havent had a period. i need someone to help me out. from a female please
