You should be feeling some movements, but they will be minimal. Your baby most likely does not even weigh a pound yet. It will mostly feel like a fluttering or gas moving in your belly. They will not be really strong movements at this point. You really won't feel them on a consistent basis for another month or so. You should, however, feel them about the same amount everyday. You will definitely start feeling more movements and harder movements within the next month or so.

i dont think you have anything to worry about! at your next check up just tell them to make sure. but i know that when you first start to feel movement, you don't always all of a sudden feel it every day. somedays will be ''less active'' than others. it doesn't mean that the baby isn't moving, just that you can't feel it. i would personally just ask at your next appointment (they should ask you anyway). i do know that it all depends on your size, larger woman seem to feel movements less. also if you have been pregnant before, you might feel movement more than first timers because you know what you are looking for.
don't get too stressed about this, from what i was told its normal! (i did have twins and was worried when i didn't feel movement every day after they started to kick. told me it doesn't just happen at once... its gradual, and will increase as the weeks move on). just be thankful, because if your pregnancy is like mine, my beautiful babies would kick me and wake me up in the night. could hardly sleep!!! haha :) so enjoy the movements you're feeling, should be picking up in the weeks to come.

If you are even a little concerned see a doctor right away..
23 wks is early in the pregnancy. Fetal movement is off and on around this time.

At any time you do not feel your baby move for the day I would worry. Although I would NOT go to the ER until the second day after a while. The reason I say this is because there CAN be something wrong with the baby after that. I had a stillborn and IF I only listen to my body then maybe things would have been different. BEST WISHES and CONGRATS!

23 weeks is still early to feel all fetal movements. If you get worried, lay back and stay still for a period of time then drink some cold orange juice, if you can't feel him at all in the next hour, call your doc.

well i am just over 6 weeks and i have been told if you dont feel anything not to worry, some peoplr just cant feel it
my doctor said between 16 - 26 weeks that you should feel movement depending on your body size. i have a greater chance of feeling it earlier as i have a smaller figure
