Ok I dont know what to do...I was spotting early today.and now its like a period...what do i do?

Don't panic. How far along are you? Some period-like bleeding early on in the pregnancy may be quite normal. If you go to the ER they will do an Ultrasound and check to see that everything is ok. I have done this several times and things were fine (not that something can't be wrong, but better to believe the best so as not to add stress that might not be warranted and might CAUSE more problems)
