Go to the doctor and get a blood test if you are pregnant that will detect it. Then if you are they will do an ultrasound that will tell you how far along you are. Good luck!

Depo provera is and extreme form of birth control, i only say that because it's such a high concentration of the pregnancy hormones that your right, you do not even ovulate throughout it's use. The chances of you getting pregnant are less then .4% while on the shot that is because if you do manage to ovulate generally speaking the high level of hormones could cause a miscarriage and/or stop the baby from ever implanting in the side of the uterus.

Anyway long story short... it also hangs out in your system for a LONG time, they say as long as a year after your last shot dependant on how long you were actually on the shot for. Crazy isn't it. It's not the best thing to be on if you are thinking of concieving in any timely manner in your future. This is why you're having such a hard time figuring out your dates.

If you did manage to get pregnant either in December or this month, then you need to head into the doc's office and have a proper blood test taken. I wouldn't trust anything you'd get from an HPT, i don't know why just a gut feeling.

Then if you ARE pregnant they'll be able to do an ultrasound and tell you how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable or not.

Are you trying to get pregnant? Just wondering why you went off the shot and didn't start another form of bc if not. I was on the shot for two years. My husband and I decided to have our third and last child. I went off the shot in feb 2006, off the shot meaning I was due for my shot feb 2006 and didn't get it. My period returned in march and was right on time in april. I was pregnant in July. It took us 5 months. Which is not really common. Most women take 1-2 yrs before they can return to full fertility. If you have NOT started your period yet the chances of you being pregnant are slim to none. Your body still needs to adjust and get back on a regular menstrual cycle, before pregnancy can occur. This is just information I recieved from my doctor when we decided to try for third child. But all women are different, so if your really confused, then go to a doctor asap, and get a test done. Good luck and I hope the result is what you want.

My first question is why haven't you went to a doctor?
If it is money issues, visit your local health department, every town has one, and they are very inexpensive. If you don't have a job, services are usually free, you will have to fill out some paperwork, but it's worth it for a free service.
I came off depo and within 1 year I was pregnant, my doctor said it could take up to 2 years.
While taking depo, I never had a period, and I was on them for 10 years, it was wonderful, not ever having a period, but it takes a toll on your body, I think.
My opinion is to go to the health department, talk to someone there and be sure, if you are and you, they will help you from there, if you are not, PLEASE ask them for some condoms (THEY ARE FREE) and use them.

I even have heard of girls individuals having wholesome toddlers after conceiving together as on depo yet i don't be attentive to everyone in my view. you may look on the FDA cyber web internet site they have each and all the records on any drug registered with them. in case you won't be able to discover the records you're searching for for there you probable won't locate it. only ask your dr to do better monitoring this time around. it's going to be somewhat puzzling to get precise statistic on hear say yet terrific of success on your seek and inclusive of your being pregnant.

You can find out how far along you are, by going to the doc. the sooner you go in (if your pregnant) the easier it is to tell your due date, and when you conceived. Good Luck i hope your pregnant!

Oh by the way my sister did depot shot for 7 yrs. and got pregnant 3 times and had healthy babys, so don't worry you have plenty of chances.

I don't know who told you that,I suppose there are rare
cases where a pregnancy could happen, but I highly doubt
you are pregnant. You can skip periods,ect........ and that
would most likely be a common side effect.

Isn't a little late to ask this question if you have already had unprotected sex and could be pregnant?

Females cannot help you.

An OB/GYN could. Go see one.
