I took a pregnancy test about a week ago, and again tonight, both times a very faint positive came up, and than faded away after about 15 sec. I have had the increased headaches, fatigue, tenderness, Heartburn, nausea, mood swings, peeing, cravings, and insomnia.

Would that test be still considered a positive test? Do you think I am pregnant?

I would be 6 weeks pregnant today.

if you think you be 6 weeks then the test should have been clear. but i had to take one of those digital ones, that cost me like $15. but i would go get a blood test taken. for some woman their hormones arent high enough, and a blood test is the only way to find out. i had a friend that had all the symptoms, and took 4 test all said neg. she was about 6 weeks too. good luck

If it faded after 15 seconds, chances are it was just the urine passing over the strip of hormones. It happened to me on like 3 different occasions. If it was a real positive, it would be there after the three minute time mark, and depending on the brand it might actually stay for...pretty much ever. That's not a positive, but you do have symptoms. Is your period late yet? Maybe you just don't have enough hcg in your urine yet to show up. Best of luck!

Well, when I took my pregnancy test, it was positive and the line was pretty faint, so I think you have a good chance of being pregnant.

Any line is a line, but only if the line stays there.. faint or not. If it's disapearing then it's highly doubtful your pregnant. Especially if you tested a week a part on both tests. Use a different brand of test.

Yes; a positive result may only stay on the test for a short period of time. KEEP THE DIRECTIONS!!

No! It was probably a normal change in the test before
the results are displayed. Also pregnancy symptoms
normally don't happen this soon in a pregnancy.

there might be a chance that you are but there is also a chance that you are not but if you think that you are then it might be getting to you and you just might think that you are having these symptons, your mind might be getting to you because those symptons usually dont occur that early in pregnancy....

If I were you, I would just go see an OBGYN...Then you would know for sure...Its SOUNDS like you are though.
