Walking and swimming are great for pregnant woman. Also, as long as you don't do anything that you might get seriously injured and don't over do it too. I think there is a type of pilates for pregnancy too, http://pregnancytoday.com/reference/articles/pilates.htm. Have fun!!

exercise is good for you while you're pregnant, but I wouldn't keep doing pilates because of the stomach strain. If you just found out you're preggers than you're not far enough along that it would have caused damage, but you get talk to your doctor if yo're still conerned.

Anything you were doing before you got pregnant is fine. At a certain point you can no longer do sit-ups, but you'll be able to figure that out on your own ;)

Any exercise is fine as long as you watch your heart rate making sure it doesn't get too high. It is even safe to do ab exercises. I am pregnant and my doctor told me it is fine.

some upper body strength training would be good too. It will help when you're lugging around car seats and such.

walking and swiming are great. please dont ride any bikes or do any other exercise you need balance for. when you are pregnant you are not balanced properly (because of the extra wheight from the baby) and can easily fall
