I am in a very bad marriage. I found out I might be pregnant and took a test. It came out a weak positive. I started to think about how he treats me, how I need to save to get out, and thought now was not the time for a baby. The baby was a product of him raping me anyway and I AM working on getting out on my own as I have nobody else and nowhere to go. I don't live in a huge city and there are no shelters here. I waited a few days, and instead of a period I got this brown discharge that subsided and stopped completely. I freaked out, took another test, and it was a strong positive. I grabbed this very long but thin screwdriver, and out of desperation gently maneuvered up inside and poked around a bit hoping to dislodge the mucous plug. It seems to have worked since I started bleeding the next morning and passing huge clots including one that was a funny color and had a string attached. What would that be called, other than desperation and insanity? No money for secret abrsn

I have tried eating a little something before getting up in the mornings, a bit of toast or a dry biscuit. Nothing is working im not actually being sick just feel sick all the time!
Any suggestions???????

I have had 2 kids through caesarean sections and I want to have 3 more but am told that women who have undergone caesarean sections can only have 4 kids. Is this true and is it scientifically proven? Is there a doctor reading this who could help answer this one?

i have often thought about having a baby for someone else! but dont know were to go to find out more. i had my own child when i was 16 and now at 22 i would like to help others have children. i have already decided that if i did this i would not use my own eggs but i am intrested to find out more! most people i have talked to say that its good thing to do but i should wate untill i am older. what do you think do you know any one who has done this

hay!!.. well the other week mayeb about 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend had sex and it was portected with a condom and after it we checked to see if there were holes we filled it up with water and there was no holes at all.. i was still so worried i went and got a pregnacy test i took two and they were both negative but than i found out that you can only tell a couple of days before your period is due. so yea im so worried everyone keeps saying i cant be pergnant if the condom didnt break so what do i do im stressing out about it and i cant sleep or nothing please help!! xxx

I like doing everything young!! I bought my first house when I was only 18, and I'm still living there and doing it up now. I've been with my 27 year old boyfriend for 5 years and still get that funny feeling in my tummy when he walks into a room! We have 2 beautiful cats named Nesbit and Pepsi but we would both love to have a baby! I'm worried that because I'm young, I don't have the life experience to pass on to a baby. Is love and a happy secure home enough for a child? I'm happy to make the necessary sacrifices expected when you have baby from a social and personal aspect and understand that there will be a lot of strain on me and my relationship. I have a lot of family support, but not a lot of experience with babies!
Any advice or examples of personal experiences would be appriciated!! Thanks xxx

last normal period was on september.. i missed it on October and November and got it again on December 6.. but this one, even though it wasn't light flow, was a bit ligher than my usual flow and 2 days short.... then i got my period again on December 30 but this time it was light and lasted for about 5 days..... could i be pregnant? the only symptoms i find are that i have to go to the restroom more often and my lower abdomen looks bloated.. help!

I had unprotected sex with this guy December 23rd and since then I have been bleeding off and on very lightly occasionally and at first in between bleeding I would have brown discharge with no odor which has stopped now and I have been snacking a lot. I have never been on birth control and I bought a home pregnancy test January 11th and it came back negative but I am thinking it may have been to early to tell. The brown discharge has completely quit now, I do not have an STD. My mom is a certified nurse midwife but I don't want to talk to her about it and worry her. I am only 18. I always begin my period at the end of the month or at least by the first week of the month and didn't. Instead, it was just really light bleeding and spotting. Any suggestions?

I am 1 cm dilated and baby is at 1 station, 70% effaced and have a shortened cervix, is it possible I missed the mucous plug passing? I watched the laugh and learn about childbirth DVD today, and she said you lose the plug when you dialate.

My ob didn't mention this, so I am really confused. Can you actually miss it?

The last time I had my period was around Dec.5 so that means I'm due to have my next one Jan.1. But I had unprotected sex last Dec.22 and I took a pregnancy test last Jan.12 and it gave a negative result. I have an irregular period and now that I'm delayed, I'm really worried that I might be pregnant because I can't be pregnant yet.What do I do now?
