I had this problem also.. Be careful when getting up from a stationary position, don't get up quickly it will make it worse. A thing I realized is that my body needed some extra sugars.. I would drink a glass of orange juice and it would help tremendously!

If you are feeling extremely dizzy refrain from driving, you don;t want to get yourself or anyone else hurt.

Good Luck to you! :)

I have low B/P and it was really hard during preg. I had to drink extra amounts of fluid and keep table salt next to me for every meal. If it is your blood pressure, you may need meds to make sure you don't have a circulatory collapse. Has the Dr. said anything about your B/P?

There isn't much you can do. It's how your body is reacting to the hormone change. It will get better, I was dizzy too when I was pg. Just make sure you lay down when it gets bad, and that you are eating properly. Good luck!

I think it was the middle of my second trimester when mine finally started to go away. I don't think there is anything you can do about it. Sorry and good luck. Congrats with the baby!!!
