I'm considering getting circumcised. I wanted to do it as an aniversery surprise for my wife because she is overseas and i will be able to heal b4 i see her again. I was just wondering what most women would think of this if their husband did it it. Does it make any sexual difference at all? Does it feel any different?

Well I plan on getting on the birth control pill soon. I've had sex only once and I know I need more than one source of birth control other than the condom. I plan on making an appointment at planned parenthood soon, but I want to know what to expect so I can relax and stop being so nervous about it. I'd appreciate for you to be serious and tell me the truth.

Thanks! =)

I'm 17 and a half and I have a 4 month old son. My ex girlfriend's family wanted nothing to do with me and the baby so I, the dad, am raising my son. So far all is good, he's an amazing little guy and I love him more than anything, in fact I don't think I knew what love meant or felt like till he came. I don't think my ex-girlfriend (his mom) will ever be a part of us.... but my family has been so great and helpful it doesn't affect me that much. I'll always love her, but it's okay she's not a part of me. I'm a junior in hs and my mom watches my son during the day. I work part time at a mechanic place, but my parents financially help me. Not planning on college, plan on working to support my son and I.
Anyways that point is, not all ten pregnancy stories have bad endings, mine's a happy one. Other teen moms and dads, hang in there.

Feel free to leave your story or comments

I had suggested sterilizing them, but obviously that's not doable. The consequences of teen pregnancies are devastating and only some of the time the child ends up having a nice life. I know there are mature teens out there, but the irresponsible ones overcome the numbers. Sex Education videos do not work, condoms, birth control, talks, morals, parents talking to them .... none of them seem to work, because the kids are only having kids younger. OF course i understand there are some teens that do take care of their kids and are now happy and I am not arguing about that. I see so many grand parents rasing the teen's kids, while they go on as though they never had a kid. Most of the time teens do not become mature after having a child, they remain the same, careless and immature. Perhaps mandatory birth control would help. This is a growing issue. Any suggestions ?

This might sound silly........I have a friend who is the mother of a 5 year boy old who is going through a funny phase. Very simply, he has been trying to get her, and even her women friends sit on his lap! She thought this was funny for a while, but she is getting tired of telling him "no", and trying to explain why it will not work. Is this strange? Has anyone ever heard of this before? She is wondering how to help him to get over it. Any ideas?
I have asked about this here for her before. Several suggestions have been to just do it. Although that would probably satisfy his curiosity, she is a little nervous about it. Wouldn't that be dangerous?
I know this seems ridiculous.

Eventhough me and this guy are seeing each other, we still haven't spent much time together getting to know one another and testing positive for pregnancy doesn't seem like it's going to help either. I'm planning to keep the baby.

Who should be the one to take care of getting tubes tied or a vasectomy? If a mother went through FOUR pregnancies, do you really think she should be the one to get her tubes tied? Or do you think the Dad should feel like his wife has endured enough, and since he can't carry children too, this is something he can do to take off her shoulders, since it's a minor surgery, one day thing they can get done in a doctor's office. A women has to go to a hospital for tubal ligation. Shouldn't he suck it up and just DO IT?????

I have a two year old daughter and a three week old son. The only negative thing about the pregnancy experience is stretch marks. I am fully satisfied with being a Mommy. My fiance believes two children is a perfect number and believes me getting my tubes tied would be wise. I'm only going on 21 years and feel it's very possible my fiance and I may regret the tubal ligation considering we're so young. Because I breastfeed, birth control isn't very smart as a brith control choice once sex is permitted. Condoms are extremely pricey and not as reliable. To keep from getting tubes tied what form of birth control can be used instead? Thanx for the advice!!!

Last night I went to register at Babies R Us, and as I was looking at the breast pumps with a sales associate she showed me the small cups for milk storage... While talking about them she mentioned that they are freezer safe and "boil-able"... When I asked about using them in the microwave she said you couldn’t microwave breast milk. Not wanting to sound like any more of an idiot I just said okay and went on. Is that accurate? Why is micro waving breast milk not okay? Is boiling okay then I guess? If it's frozen how long can you keep it? I am almost 22 weeks pregnant with my first child and have never breast fed before and haven't seen a lactation consultant as of yet. So any advice as to the whole breast milk storage thing would be very helpful!!! Thanks!!!

I'm babysitting for the first time today. I've babysat for neices and nephews before but I feel that that isn't reletive to babysitting for children you've never met before. I've never met the parents either. It's a 4 and 11 year old. What should I expect?? And do you have any tips for me?

My husband and I recently found out we are expecting our first child. Instantly my husband went out and purchased a baby name book. We went through it and found a name for both a girl and a boy. But we are having trouble coming up with a middle name for each of them.

Boy Name:
Joran

Girl Name:
Bryleigh

Yes these choices are the first name. We are just looking for middle names to go with each one. And we have definetly settled on these names.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
