Me and my wife were thinking about the name Devin Ersan (pronounced Air-sun) Ersan is going to be the middle name because that is a close family members name that we want to honor...we are having a boy.Last name starts with T......What do you think of this name? Mostly I want to know what you think of the Devin part.

My brother's name is devin and i love that name! i think that it would be a great name for any boy. i love the middle name. It's something that i have never heard before.....but thats a good thing because you dont want to have a same name as someone else you know. Congradulations on having a boy!!!!

I like it, devin isn't common, but it's not overly unique, I love this name and i think it flows with the middle name. As for Ersan, i love how unique it is, while not being as wild as Daisy Dot, and the idea of honoring a close family member is a wonderful thought. I have never considered this name, but now that i have heard it i love it!!!! To me Devin sounds intelligent, but not bookworm like, and it is a supurb, distinctive name that you can get many nicknames from. .....Of course there are downsides to all names and everyone will be teased at some point in their lifetime, but i wouldn't worry about that. It kinda sounds noble to me too!
I can definitly see him as a CEO of a large corporation or a rockstar........ GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

devin-i LOVE the name...and was going to name my son that until i heard that girls are also named that, in fact, my son is 8 now, and more girls i know are named devin than boys, i dont like unisex names, so we went with nathan.

Like the name Devin. dont think you can go wrong there..
thats awesome you have a name in your family that unique, that would be cool if it continues to stay in the family for a long long time.
