Is this normal???!!?

Question

I am homeschooled by this one lady and she has a 4 year old daughter and while the daughter is listening to tapes or hanging out in the living room, she will lie down on her belly ,put both her hands on her crotch and sort of hump the floor and wiggle around on the floor while moaning and groaning!!! What on earth is she doing??? Is she mastru.bating?? Why is she doing this??

um......if ur the only one that knows about this, she is probably having a minor seisure, or shes just mucking around, she is 4 after all.
