me and my boyfriend have had sex while i was on my period and right after we had got done i had stopped bleeding and i had only been bleeding for 4 days and i go for 7 could that be a possibility of preg?? we are trying to have a baby..

My daughter is 7mos. along, I have gotten all the "needed" baby stuff for her, stroller, bassinet, swing, bouncer etc. Want to get just "her" something for xmas that isn't a maternity shirt. Since she can't fit into her size 3 pants at the moment, buying clothes isn't practical right now. Does anyone have any suggestions for gifts, I would really appreciate ideas....I have none......

I know I'm not pregnant and thats not what 'm asking. I just started my nuva ring 3weeks and 2days ago. Im now on my ring free week break, and havent started my period yet...Is it normal for your perod to be late if u start a different birth control..? It's only been 20days since my last period....! i always get my periods on the same day every month or just one day out if i have been exercising heaps or changes to my life style but i havent been doing anything different and this is my third day without then? when should i start to worry....

Those are my sons names. Are they really that odd? i was looking for things that have names already on them like ornaments and what not and cannot find my children's names anywhere. I saw lots of names I consider odd, but not my son's names.

I always thought that they weren't too common but still pretty used.

What do you think of them?

Im pro-life and I was just carious as to whether you were for partial abortions to. Thats where the baby would be born half way, and then they would stab it in the skull with something sharp puncturing their brain, and then they would bleed to death and die. I believe this practice has been band, but im not sure. Would you also like partial abortions brought back too?

I know that me and my boyfriend aren't ready to have a child yet, but I canm't stop thinking about getting pregnant. I am 23 years old and he is 25, and I can't say I feel that our biologycal clocks are ticking. At the same time I want and don't want to get pregnant, and all because of different reasons. I can't explain why I feel this way, can't explain it to myself or to him.

I love my kids dearly, and wouldn't trade them for the world, but life has become unbearable in my house. I have a 2 and a 4 year old. They don't listen, no matter how many times I repeat myself, time outs don't work- they just do it again as soon as I let them up (actually the 2 year old won't even stay on time out). I've tried spanking but I really hate doing it, as I feel it only teaches them the wrong lesson and it doesn't really work anyways. I feel like they have the control and I know I need to assert myself and take charge but where do I start? Please, I only want serious and understanding responses. Thank you in advance!

I cannot have children. Most people who know me know this. And yet everyone keeps nagging me about it. Many people among my aquaintance, or within my general vicinity have recently squirted out offspring, and the first thing out of everyone's mouths has been "you're next!". Well, no, I'm not. No uterus. And let's not forget the fact that I'm not married. And yet everyone has recently become more and more insistant that I absolutely MUST have children right away!!!

Let's forget for a momement about the fact that I am physically incapable of procreating. Does it ever cross anyone's mind that some people just don't want children? And that it's actually a bit rude and personal to get in someone's business like that?

the babys heartbeat was 129 when i had an ultra sound at 7 weeks but i go for a regular check up tommrrow and shes gona see if we can hear te babys heartbeat with just the hand doppler the docs use and not a u/s machine!!! this is possible rite that i can hear it rite if the babys heart beat was that strong then?

I am 28 and I have 3 daughters 6,4, and 2. I am pregnant with my 4th child. I work full time and have a BA in Political Science. I would like to work on my Masters this year which I think is possible considering I got my BA while being a stay at home mom of 2. My dilemma: I am not sure that I want a 4th child.. or shall I say that I am very scared. I love my kids very much but I feel as if I would be cheating them out of what they would have if it was just the 3 of them. I try to givem my children what I can within reason and tradition and time is more important to me than materialistic things because my parents were well off but spent little time with me prior to them being murdered when I was 9. My boyfriend who is the father of all of my children has asked me to marry him but I am not sure he means it. We live together and as I stated before we both work full time and he is working on his degree. I am a week away from opening my own business and it just did not seem timely. Help!

I am 6 wks pregnant and my boyfriend and I told our families this weekend. His family was thrilled. My family was mad at me. The thing is Im a single mom with two kids already but my boyfriend and I are planning to wed before the baby comes and we are financially stable. I didnt expect my family to do cartwheels or anything but I didnt expect them to bash me either. I was 17 with my first child and of course my family was dissapointed and with my second I was in an abusive relationship so no one was too happy about that pregnancy either. Is it to much to ask that my family be happy for at least one of my pregnancies exspecially one where we are financially stable and planning of getting married soon? His family adores my children and I and they know we are gonna do the right thing. Why cant my family see that?
