I am 26 weeks pregnant, almost 27. About 2 weeks ago, I started having contractions so they put me on terbutaline. Earlier in my pregnancy, I had noticed a big lump on the upper right part of my uterus, which my OB explained as Piskacek's sign. It means my uterus never really fused. So now they are thinking that this is the reason for my pre-term labor. He said he did npt expect me to carry my daughter full term, but as long as I made it past 30 weeks, the prognosis was pretty good. I am now worried that this could affect future pregnancies. We do want anther child, but I do not want to have the same problems, or potentially worse ones. I am also worried about my possibly preemie daughter. Anyone know about this kinda stuff? Could really use some reassurance here :-(
