Like most of the other answer said, you should have no trouble. Trouble conceiving is very rarely related to blood type. In fact, the only blood type-related issue I can think of during pregnancy is the rH factor.

RH is a protein found in your blood, and people who have it are rH+, and people who don't are rH-. I am A, rH-, so during my pregnancy, I had to get shots of RhoGam. It's purpose is to keep my antibodies from attacking this protein, if it was in my baby's blood. Turned out that my son's blood type was the same as mine, so I didn't need it.

If you ever had a miscarriage or abortion - you should of had a shot of Rhogam- I am rh neg and spouse pos.- I have had RhoGam- it prevents your body from making antibodies to attack the baby and doing damage-if the baby has positive blood- my baby was rh +.Should have no problem w conception if all is normal otherwise= D

I asked this question on another site months ago (my blood type is A-, my bf is A+). You should have no problem conceiving, but you will have to get that one shot... I can't think of what it's called, but you'll get it later on in your pregnancy.

I think issues only arise when one parent is rh+ and on is rh-.

no, no problems there at all, you wont need rhogam unless YOU are rh negative, and you're not.
