That really is a very uninformed question. I'm not trying to make fun of you but if you are going to engage in such activity, learn something about it. Especially with sex, with all the diseases and the possibility of pregnancy looming over your head, you owe it to yourself to learn about what you are doing.
Given the situation you described, there is practically no chance you are pregnant by that situation. As the other answer stated, your boyfriend would not only have had to had an orgasm but it would have had to soak through underwear and jeans and enter your vagina. At the same time you would have had to have been in your fertile period (not your period but during the time you are fertile(able to become pregnant)).
If you do not know the mechanics behind this, please keep your pants on. There are too many girls that have screwed up not only their lives but the lives of their child by becoming pregnant through ignorance and raising them the smae way. Try calling your local (un)Planned Parenthood office and ask questions.
I'm sorry if you found any of this insulting but I hope you will go about learning about sex before you engage in it in the future. You owe it to yourself and your future child.

how old are you? are you old enough for sex education? or did you not pay attention?
sex is not a fun game, it is a responsibility...a huge responsibility, because it can result in the life of another human being, and UNLESS you are ready for that responsiblity you shouldn't think about sex at all.
I didn't have my first child until I was 26, and I can surely tell you that I have NO idea how people have kids younger, I had a little life experience under my belt and I found it tough.
For you to be asking such a question, I can honestly say that you are not ready.
To make you feel better, there is absolutely no way that you could be pregnant if he was fully dressed.

How old are you? If you don't know the response to this question I would suggest you go and learn a little more about sex before you start opening your legs up and bringing a baby into this world.
