I mean someone asked if they should be worried because they don't use protection with their boyfriend. I mean, hello??? I think it is so sad that people don't educate themselves and do things to protect themselves. What do you think we can do, as a society, to raise awareness in this area?

His ex is having his baby, I knew about this before we got together, he knows I love him very much, and I'm going to support him all the way, he said he does not want to be with her as they split up before she found out she was pregnant!

Thing is, he doesn't really like talking about the baby, he kind of shuts off about it.. It's quite a sore subject to be honest with you, he said he aint ready which is understandable and I think he does not want to hurt my feelings maybe?

the advice I got was great but I live in Jamaica I do not have all the government facilities as you all have in america. therefore, all expense is on me. i dont even work enough to pay my bills. i was really depending on his help but now hes gone to someone else. should i beg him and bury my dignity? for the sake of my baby. I am now going into my 6mths and i dont even have any baby stuff yet. it has gotten me so depress that i am not feeling this child at all. i was really hoping to be a family. my friend told me i have symptoms of baby depression. she says brooke shields had it and i could end up ignoring my new born and i dont want to do that. my parents never really had it and i am here so i really want to try. is it okay to take antidepressant while pregnant?

I asked the trainee nurses that did the test what it meant and was told to as the doc. I then asked the doc and was told it was nothing to worry about at this stage which left me confused. Am I to worry about it later. Does it have anything to do with my kidney or could it have beeen my diet for the day. If there is anyone out there who knows about these things please answer me! anxiously waiting your reply

Will I loose him? He said he does not want to be with her and his family wants him to get married to her for the baby but he doesn't want to... Him & I get on so much better than they ever did... We have so much fun... But I'm worried it's not going to last when the baby comes... She will be living away back with her folks out of London, I don't want to get between him and his baby and I want to give him all the help and support he needs... Should I worry or am I worrying for nothing? She cheated on him with his mate last year and when he found out this year he finished with her and then a few weeks later she found out she was pregnant.... I'm scared of loosing him....

You know while watching the Tyra Banks show yesterday I was amazed about the show on homelessness in America. I mean seriously 13-15 smart kids that are homeless because their parents are deadbeats. What does America do? NOTHING. I'm sorry but isn't the government's responsibility to take care of minors who have no place to turn to. The other day the group People For The American Way did a study that showed that if the Feds got rid of the mortgage interest deduction and the deduction for 401ks that money that the government could pay for universal health care, full care for all children under five and universal college. They went on to say that, and I agree, that the true people that benefit from mortgage interest deductions and 401k deductions are people in the top 15%. The other 85% would benefit more AS A TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE TO THEIR FAMILY BUDGET to rid of mortgage interest deduction and 401k and instead provide for free health care, college and day care!!!!

I am 34 years of age and 13 weeks pregnant. I will be 35 years of age when the baby is due.
I had a nuchal transleuncy done just recently and the Midwife says I am having a low risk pregnancy. While I am happy to hear this, I thought once you were 35, you were considered a high risk(as you are an older mum) thanks.

What do I do? I already have my baby's name on his stuff? I have been calling him by his name since I found out it was a boy.
I can't stand this. I hate when people steal other people's baby names. Why can't they think of their own? How do I handle my family when I tell them that I went ahead and name him the same name? My whole family knew what I was going to name him that first because I had my shower last month with his name on the shower invitations. So should I feel quilty for keeping my name?

First know:

My invention is a breathalyzer interlock - fail breathalyzer = no start car.

My invention cannot be tricked by an air compressor or a so called sober friend. No need for random tests.

My invention costs $100 to $300 retail depending on the features. Competition is around $1000.

I have 2 children at home, and I enjoy to the fullest having babies, and giving birth. But do not want to have a bunch of kids running around! My husband does not understand why I want to do this. I guess I would like to hear from women who have done this. Or women who want to do this. Even women who are unable to bear childern themselves and looking into it from the other point of view.
