Well, Mizzi Ree would certainly be in misery for the rest of her life with a name like that, so at least it would be appropriate. No, to answer your question, I don't think Mizzi Ree is a good name for a girl.

Not trying to be hurtful... this is just the first thing that comes to mind: When I think Mizzi, I think Mitzy, then I think of a little white, fluffy lap dog. I like Ree for a middle name though, unique without being unpronounceable. :-)

Sounds like Misery and I can't imagine someone at a job interview, introducing themselves as Mizzi.
Melissa would be a better substitute... You can nickname her Mizzi/Missi.

i don't love it very lots. this is getting very perplexing to locate maximum of of my admired boy names turning out to be so girly. Jordan has continuously been certainly one of my favorites for a boy, yet there have been 3 - sure, 3 - females named Jordan in a 5th grade type I observed. 3 Jordans out of a kind of 24 infants, perhaps a million/2 of them females. 3/12...a FOURTH of the girls in the class have been named Jordan! when you consider that then i've got been iffy on the call. yet another certainly one of my favorites is Dylan, yet i've got additionally considered this one worn on females previously. I advise, i'm not saying which you won't be able to have a attractiveness to replicate a greater tomboy character, yet i think of that's what nicknames are for. i don't have a issue with Alexandra going by ability of Alex, Charlotte going by ability of Charlie, Samantha going by ability of Sam, and so on. yet i does not call them only Alex or Sam or Charlie. You boost an particularly solid element with the opposite situation. no person DOES look to have any problems with Riley or Dylan for a woman, yet whilst they meet a boy named Ashley, their reaction is, "you're a BOY?! yet that's a woman'S call!" i've got been yelled at for affirming that Madison grew to become right into a boys' call, that's definitely authentic because of the fact the which ability of the call is "Son of Matthew" - for this reason the -son ending. I settle for that this one has long previous over to the girls now, yet I nonetheless does not call my daughter a attractiveness that meant "Son of ____." I do love the call Madeleine/Madelyn, which has similarities and intensely female. I do like some unisex names for women better than adult males, nevertheless. I advise, even nevertheless I truthfully have considered male Baileys and Taylors, whilst it comes all the way down to it i like them better for women (I do think of Taylor is amazingly good-depending on a boy, even though, so i don't comprehend). And Riley for a woman is suitable if spelled as Rylie or Ryleigh. however the favourite public of those "unisex" names weren't unisex till some people got here over and stated as their daughters by ability of those names, and that i come across it problematic to sympathize with them on that.

You know, these people are assuming the pronunciation would be as it sounds, with 2 z's. I thought it would be pronounced "Mitzi" Ree, is that correct? I think that is a really cute name. Could you spell it phonetically, so we will know how to pronounce it?

That is begging for your daughter to get made fun of. Please love your child enough to not name her Mizzi. Ree isn't so bad.

That's a great name but if you REALLY want her to get teased, consider these names as well:
Ima Ho
Jussa Beeotch
Inda Booty
You can mix and match too...e.g. Jussa Ho and Ima Beeotch
Happy Parenting!!

That name sounds like "misery" to me.
I am sure the other children will have lots of fun with that name once she starts to school. Be prepared for lots of teas and "I hate my name" once she is in school.

No offense but why give her a weird name that she will hate just because you think it is cute. Give her a name with meaning or at least a normal name.
