A friend and I were just discussing what to do about her pregnancy because the father of her baby is scum and a user. When she told him she was pregnant he didn't want anything to do with her and then he said he was going to terminate his parental rights so he didn't have to pay child support. Is it true that he can give up his rights and not have to pay any amount of child support? Don't get me wrong this guy used to be a friend of mine as well but with his using he became very stubborn and selfish and this sitution has just pushed things over the edge. Can he get away with not having to pay anything at all by terminating his parental rights?

My Dad and are are agueing about if it's posable to sign your right to a child away. Even if the other parent wants to keep the kid? I know it sounds dumb and not posable, but for some reason I think you can. If so can you send me info that can prove it??? THANKS!!!

A person who kills a pregnant woman, and also her unborn baby can be charged on two counts, but if that woman decides to abort her baby, she is charged with nothing, she is exercising a woman's right to choose. Isn't that a double standard?
An unborn baby can recognize its mother voice, be startled by loud noises, sense danger, suck its thumb, etc. The only differance is that it hasn't breathed air.
If it had no immune system and had to be born and then kept in a sterile environment, thats about the same as a baby being inside the womb, it's not breathing outside air, but then killing it would be murder.
We are living with a double standard in America, in the name of political correctness, and unfortunately, we are sacrificing human babys on that alter of political correctness.
Isn't it murder?
Abortion should only be allowed if it is necessary to save the mother's life.

They say that having more would take away from the children I have, but I think that giving them siblings is helping them to share and love. Before even getting pregnant my boyfriend would occasionally talk about having kids, and what names we would choose. When i told him I was he giggled, but now it seems as though he is taking a step back, and that he isnt as excited as i am.. It kinda makes me sad to think that he isnt excited? FMLA and paid time off is so confusing. I will be graduating from college in may 2007, and I don't want to wait much longer to try to conceive. My husband and I are getting more and more ready to start a family. In January of this year my husband had a reverse vasectomy, and we are excited to see if we will have success. It would probably be wise to wait until I have been at the future new job for a year when that new job comes along. It is so hard to wait. I don't want to make bad decisions either. Any ideas?

I had sex then a week after i got my period,but for only three days then i started using the bathroom alot and,then after everything that i ate i threw up.then i had pain in my stomach a pain that i couldn't describe. several days after i had a weird taste in my mouth. then i was suppose to get my period on th 7th and i got it on the 8th can i still be pregnant even though i got my period ?
