I'm 24 and I already have 2 daughters 6 and 2. My husbed and I split after I found out I was having another baby, and I don't think he's going to help me. So I'm hopeing adoption is the right thing to do. I've already talked to an adoption specilest. So I need some more thoughts about it. Thanks for you thoughts.

It is a wonderful thing. There are some birth-mothers that for one reason or another cannot take care of their baby, and rather than the child suffer in poverty they give their baby a chance at a better life. I think women that give their babies up for adoption are really brave to do so. I know I would not be able to do it. It is a much better thing to do that to actually go full-term and have the baby and to throw it in a dumpster!

I think that adoption should be considered if you can't financially support your child. You can ensure that your child will get the love and support that they need. I'm not saying that you would love your child any less if you kept him or her. It's almost more loving to make sure that the child is put first and doing what's best for them. Just make sure that adoption is the road you want to take because once the final papers are signed, there is no going back.

if you feel like doing it hun its is ok, and its good u are thinking of the babies well being, its not like u will never see it you can always stay close to its family, and theres nothing wrong with doing it because u give people a chance that cant have kids a chance to have a lil baby. u made a good choice so u and ur daughters can have the best and not stuffer and be at rest in ur heart because u know ur lil baby is ok and getting everything it needs. good luck girl

It's great. I'm going to adopt a baby girl when I'm 25. I've already done alot of research and decided I'm going to adopt from Africa.

There are tons of children out there needing homes and if you are willing to help one of those children have a better life more power to ya.

one of my cousin's in adopted...although she was an only child in my aunt and uncle's lives....she was raised with love and a great family!!
