I have been having serious cramps and my period is late and i need some advice

go and get some pregnancy tests. If it's negative, call a gyn and get a blood test done.
If you are having serious cramps, you probably are just late and not pregnant, although some ladies have cramping. I didn't with either pregnancy.

If you have been having serious cramps with no bleeding, it could be that you are pregnant. It's called implantation. But it could be a sign of something else too. Take a home pregnancy test, and based on the results, schedule an appt. with the doctor to confirm. Make an appt. even if you are not pregnant if the cramps are unusual.
Also, be on the lookout for other signs of pregnancy as well: dizziness, nausea, sore and tender breasts. If this is your first time, it is easy to miss one or two signs.

Missing a period or having a late period doesn't mean you are pregnant. One of the causes of missed periods is stress, and as stressed as you are now, that is why your period is probably late. But like the others have suggested, there is only one sure way to find out.

cramps could be a sign on your period taking it's time but that it is one it's way. Go grab an EPT test down at the drug store and know for sure

have you been stressing lately,that could be a reason why your period is late.you should just go buy a test and take it withthe 1st mornings urine,but it could be too early to detect the hormone so even if you are it probably would show up negative.make a doctors appt for a blood prenancy test,it shows up 6 days after conception.

Make and appointment to see your doctor! You will be able to find out if your pregnant or not. If your not pregnant you will find out why you are getting cramps. It's better to know then be in suspense. I've been there

You should take a test right away.
If you are pregnant, the cramps might be a sign of something bad.

its jus cramps my friend she has the same thing really bad cramps .. but get a test or go the your doctor or something.. that way u can no for sure.

My girlfriend was flipping about that a while back. Simply go take a test. This will help put you at ease.

if you have been having sex then by all means please go buy a test...
if you haven't been sexually active, see a Dr it could be anything!!! but from experience my 18 ya daughter has been having severe cramps and went to Dr and was diagnosed with endemetriosis and has cysts on her ovaries that 1 had busted causing severe pain
please go check it out asap
