ok i want to try and guess the sex of my baby before they tell me. i need old wives tales......and please don't answer with well wait for the ultrasound or wives tales aren't tru....cuse i know that but it dosen't mean i don't want to have fun tryin to guesss....besides i'm bored at work so i need someting to help time pass by........thanks

My wife just did this test a couple days ago. Her sister swears it is correct, I told her it's probably right 50% of the time (ha ha).How accurate has this test been for you or others you know?

neither one of us knew i was pregnant.
I did n't know until I had talked to the gyno after I had a "1 day" period.
She told me I had been pregnant but lost it...
We'd talked about children but agreed we both didn't want any within the next 5 years...

my husband my have another baby by another woman but she was sleeping with another guy at the same time.
me and my husband split for 2 months last year and we are back together but she is saying she is pregnant with his baby and she is still with the other guy she way sleeping with. my husband don't want to be with her or have anything to do with her. He don't want nothing to do with the baby. I hope it is not his. we have two kids already and i am pregnant now. she is due sept. 29 of this year.me and him got back together on new years

i don't want anything to do with her or her baby and i don't want her to use my last name. she said she was going to use it because she likes the last name. she wants my name on the birth certificate when the baby is born. can she just write my name on it. i hope not i don't want my name on it.

Anyone know of any good sources for assistance after adoption? Or things that are available to the kids as they get older, like college funding, etc. We want to be able to offer them whatever is out there for them.
Also, any suggestions about how to discuss their adoption with them in the future, dealing with birth parents, etc.. Just general advice from those of you who have done this.

I have a friends 11 year old daughter staying with me for a 2 week period I had 20.00 come up missing today it is the same ammount her mother gave me for her to spend while she's here I haven't blamed her yet I just ask that the money be returned to me. What else could I do to get the truth???????

Ok I am back agin but this time my BF came to my house this past weekand but he was so drunk and about hit my tree in my front yard with my mom and dad and sister inside well we were talking and he was mad because he thinks that I like somebody else I tried to tell him I didnt but he would not hear anything about it so I called his brother and him and his friends came down to drive his car home and take him to well he called me the day after and told me that he was sorry well I just found out that I am having his baby and I told him one day he will say he wounts the baby and that he loves the baby then another day he will say that he does not wount or baby what is wrong with him what is wrong with me why do I put up with his crap all the time please tell me what I need to do.....

I love kids, but arent there enough people out there? And, arent there kids without homes that you could adopt instead? Damn, all my friends are constantly having babies they cant take care of..Its not fair to those kids. What are your thoughts on having kids?

I'm pro-choice, not necessarily because I think abortions are a good thing, but because I believe that people should have a right to decide what they want to do with their bodies. A woman gets pregnant, she has the right to decide in the first 3 months of her pregnancy what she wants to do about it. That's the law, and we have to at least respect that.

My question is why do people feel that they have the right to tell other people what they can or can't do with their bodies? I don't want any half-baked, cookie-cutter "Abortions are wrong because God doesn't want them to happen" answer. I want real, honest, soul-searching responses from people on both sides of the argument.

This is just something I've been wondering about for a while now, and your responses will be appreciated.

I moved into a new neighborhood with a ton of homestaying mom's as I am myself. Originally they were very inviting, but lately it seems they give me the cold shoulders. I am a very kind and spiritual person who does not believe in gossip, meds, or church, I live out my beliefs, and do unto others as I want them doing onto me. I live healthy and therefore have a very healthy daughter, wonderful husband, and am very thin for just having had a baby. In the beginning one of the (heavier) Moms always commented in a somewhat negative way about me being so "skinny". So, I do believe there are some jealousy issues. Also I am a very alternative meds kinda person, they are not, plus I belief in my relationship with God being one on one, they all are big church followers. I don't want to feel left out or lonely, and can very much put up with differences ( makes life interesting) Should I ask this woman what is going on, or just try to find friends elsewhere
( though the whole town is pretty muc

and for a long time I said that I never wanted anymore children because I would have to divde my attention and affection and so on. Lately I have found my self wanting to have another one, but I kill the thought quickly. Am I overreacting?

We are saving for a house and hubby says he would like a baby now but he still wants to wait until we are financially better. We have lots of money saved now but we haven't reached our goal yet. We both are wanting one but it's him that wants to wait a few more years. I'm ready now & it makes me want one even more now that our friends & family are having them. I held 2 newborns a few days ago & I can't wait! We live in an apartment now & it would be hard but I'm tired of waiting! I'm 26 yrs old & he is getting ready to turn 31 in August.

i have a little ant problem i don 't think they bite not those ants. but everytime i put my child to bed he comes out with small bites. we have two dogs but i dont see fleas on them. one of his bites are bubbled up. what could be bitting him. hes not outside at night for bugs to get him? what is it. plus is it bad that my baby is sleeping in a pack in play instead of a crib hes 10 months old

My friend was going for a job interview and they was going to give him a drug test and he knew they was so he took his wife's urine with him (in a condom) and they didn't watch him urinate. See he knew he would fail the test cause he smokes pot or did at the time. So when the tests results came back they said sir do you know that you are pregnant?
His wife was pregnant and needless to say he didn't get the job.
