Well.. lol..... It is an experience...
Many women have an "easy" pregnancy, and labor, but even then, it isn't just push him out, put your jeans on and go home..lol..
It isn't unbearable, you can do it, and I hope you do have a great labor... Just expect this..
Don't panic, don't get in a hurry, and expect that it will hurt, but it goes away...
Lots of tears, happy and sad..Your body is getting ready to go through something your mind has never dealt with, and you will be overcome with emotions, for a long tome after your baby arrives...
Always take it one day at a time...
And when you can't take anymore, pray, and call mom!
Best wishes for you both, you'll do fine!

Every pregnancy and every woman is different.
For me pregnancy was wonderful. Labor was LONG. I was in labor for 21 hours.
It started around 5am at 7am I called the OB. He said get to the hospital. I took a shower, my husband took a shower. We made it to the hospital around 9am. My contractions were about 45 seconds apart. Sometimes only 5 seconds apart.
Around 6pm I asked for the epidural. The epidural HURT MUCH WORSE than the contractions were hurting. But no pain after the epidural kicked in. (Contractions felt like I was doing sit-ups when my abs tightened)
About 3am I delivered an 8pound baby girl. I was tired and wanted to go to sleep but they wanted me to hold her and feed her.
About 9am I got up to take a shower. Didn't like the jello feeling I had from shoulders to hips. The JELLO feeling was the worst part of everything. I hated feeling like jello.
I also didn't like the fact that when I tried to wear the same thing home that I arrived in, it didn't fit. It was much too small. I was MUCH bigger leaving the hospital than arriving.

Mine was the swelling of the legs and shortness of breath. They both made me not want to go anywhere. During labor, the contractions killed me the most. That and my blood pressure went WAY WAY up. I had to have an oxygen mask. It sounded like I was screaming into a pillow. lol. Other than that I had a pretty pleasant pregnancy (after the first trimester of course).

Its hard to answer this question because evey person and every pregnancy is different. I could tell you how mine went and it would be completely different from what happens to you. The only thing that is certain is you can never expect anything to be the same again. Having a baby is the greatest thing that we are given the chance to experience. Another thing is always accept help, beleive me you will need it.

I have to say, the worst parts of both my pregnancies and labor was when my milk came in! If you breastfeed, get ready because a day after you go thru HELL bringing forth new life, you will wake up with rock hard breasts the size of GRAPEFRUITS, like overfilled, hot waterballoons. I got a fever, too. You need to express the milk if this happens to you. Get in a steamy shower and they will leak, or nurse the baby but it hurts. You can line your bra with cabbage leaves, or use icepacks, too. OW!

Well, why in labor and delivery an alarm started going off and about 5 or 7 doctors ran and they wouldn't tell us what was wrong. I so scared for my baby and it felt like hours. It only last about 2 mins thank goodness. They never told us what happened but I think his heart rate dropped.
The worst thing after that (and it's only after because it's the order it happened, this was much scarier) was after my c-section. They sent me to recovery and told me when I could pull my legs up I could leave and see my baby (I got to kiss him when he was born then they took him away). I did immediately (I don't know how because it hurt like hell but I wanted my baby). They said I should still stay and rest so I fell asleep and woke-up an hour later begging them to let me see my son. The took me up the mother-baby unit and called the nursery. My son was on an IV because of an infection he got by having a bowel movement in the womb. He wasn't breathing normally either. He was breathing at a rate twice as fast as a normal new born and they tried sucking all the fluid out of his lungs but there was too much. His blood-sugar level also dropped dramatically and he had to have his blood tested before every feeding. They couldn't bring him up and I couldn't walk yet so they said I couldn't go see him. They had told my husband I'd be recovery for about 4 or 5 hours so went home to get a shower and something to eat. I had to sit in that room by myself for what felt like years imagining the worst and I couldn't even reach the phone to call my family! When my husband got back and came to see me, the pediatrician told us they didn't know when they could Brandon up to see me and I wouldn't be ready to even get into a wheelchair until the next day. I was heartbroken and so frightened for my little boy. Luckily, after much praying, he bounced back at an amazing rate! Within about 5 hours, his breathing was normal as was his blood-sugar level and the virus he had disappeared! My little boy was a very healthy big boy.
My advice to you is to have faith and if something happens, no medicine is stronger than the power of prayer! Good luck and God bless.

The worst part is last few weeks when you become miserable. The delivery if vaginal the pain is the worst. When the baby is actually ready to enter the world you ll know by the feeling you ll have. You will push and to a point will feel good to deliver.

Worst part of pregnancy: the CONSTANT need to pee.
Worst part of labor: the contractions (until I got my epidural)

the constant need to urinate in the middle of the night, and , no one prepared me for this, - the itching. After the 19th week or so the hormone imbalance causes it. I won't give too much info, but definately look out for it.
