Generally you should count 28 days from the end of this one to the start of the next one. But keep in mind not everybody will have this cycle. When you just start having your periods, they will probably be erratic and not on a cycle. After the first few you will begin to notice a pattern. Mark it down on your calendar and look for the pattern. And remember to read the instructions of the pads and tampons before using them! Beware the cramps, look into getting something for them. There are a lot of products out there for women.

If you are on a regular cycle your period usually runs 4 weeks apart or (28 days). If you had your period on May 17th your next period should start on June 14th or a couple of days thereafter.

No later than June 23. Cut yourself some slack. In the summer months, alot of chicks cycls tend to change completely throwing everything off track. So just sit on the toilet and wait for it to come or relax and each night check the calendar. if it doesn't come by then, get to the local discount store and get a home pregnancy test. Best of luck.

ok..i seriously suggest that from now on you KEEP A CALENDAR and mark the days that you start your period so that you can begin to see a pattern and can therefore determine how long your period last, and how many days you have in your cycle. Keep in mind that things such as stress can knock your period off its schedule...trust me I went from having a 28 day cycle to a 45 day cycle....all because of stress...so just try to keep a calendar for your own peace of mind..ok....

the average is 28 days later, but individuals can have some variationin cycle length
so if you are completely average the 14th june (today) is when you should start.
however dont panic just yet, you may have slightly longer cycles

It all depends on the woman, because all of them are different. My cycle is usually 30 or 31 days...it's never exact.
