He rolls from back to front but not the other way even though he is extremely mad about being on his belly. He also shows no interest in crawling. I sit him on the floor with toys I know he wants just out of reach and he just "babbles" at them after making a few attempts to reach them....I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

I have been giving him mixed cereal in the morning and evening and then a baby food jar for lunch.I give him all the formula he desires.I want to know where the cheese,pasta,meat,bread comes in.I am also supposed to feed him fork mashed fruits and veggies.From the sounds of things I will be feeding him when he wakes til he sleeps.I was wondering what other moms do?I really want to do a good job here.

My daughter's cord fell off early last week at 5 days old. The pediatrician said that though it was early, it was fine. Everyone who changed her has been very diligent about using an alcohol swab every time. I was just curious at what age did other people's newborns cords fall off? Did you use alcohol at changings or allow it to dry out naturally?

My daughter got a slight fever after her 2 month shots and I ended up giving her tylenol to make her feel better. Would it be okay to give her some medicine about an hour before her shots so that she won't feel as bad afterwards?

My baby is 3 days old and I love her soo much but I am having a really hard time coping with everything. I am soooooooo worried about her. How do you adjust to no sleep? I didnt sleep for 3 days because of my hard labor, etc. Is it normal and ok to live offf of 2 hours of sleep? Any advise? Did anyone feel anxious after giving birth? Thanks!

hello- my son is only 8 mos but is a big boy for his age and is over the amount of weight for a rear facing carseat-but i am told he is supposed to sit rearfacing until he is 1.So what do i do here?He is the size to be in a front facing car seat?He weighs almost 30 pounds am i wrong here or what are my optons-i am a first time mom and am just concerned for his safety.Thank you very much.

He's 10 month old and Im making home-made foods for him. I was wondering if there is a lactose-free butter that anybody can recommend. I would like to mash potatoes, Sweet potatoes and other legumes with a little butter to add taste...

I just changed my babies nappy and he has a hard dark stool in his nappy, i know that constipation, i have tried infant drops and they don't seem to work he was constipated at 3 weeks old now it is back grrrr..
What else can i give him?
