I am a single college student with a baby, she is wearing 18mths in need of spring and summer clothing new or used. please help

We took a class yesterday at the jospital and was amazed by a video we saw of Dr. Karp. I wanted to know if anyone else has heard or seen any of his videos. Seems like he's a lifesaver when it comes to fussy babies!

This is regarding baby Dannielynn. The cable news channel reported last night that the baby is about 10 pounds at 6 months old and only drinks formula and sleeps 16 hours a day. That is too much sleeping and she should have cereal and number one jars of food by now. She could be sick from all the drugs mommy did while pregnant. She is in the care of Mr. Stearn who allowed mommy to do drugs while pregnant and even videotaped it and laughed about it. She could be in danger and in grave need of help. We could send emails and ask them to put her in protective custody at least till dna is done. Just a thought. This baby really touches my heart. My baby boy was born the same day as her.

I am breast feeding my newborn. What i do is I usually do one breast each feeding switching each time. Like left then right...duh. Well should I be doing each breast in one feeding like 15 one side and 15 on the other or what

I recently heard that the hard plastic bottles such as Avent, Dr. Brown's, and Platex leak some kind of toxic chemical that can cause problems. What's the real deal here? My friend HIGHLY recommends Dr. Browns and Platex VentAire and I was going to use them for my baby that's due in May, but now I'm not so sure.

I have 2 now. I am pregnant with number 3. Everyone keeps asking me how many I am going to have. I keep saying however many God wants me to. 2 doctors told me I couldn't have kids and maybe I'm just wanting to overcompensate for that. I don't know. I love babies! I love it when they get older! I love it all. However, I have talkid to many people who have 3 and they all say they don't want anymore. But I talked to someone else who had 3 (they were all grown up now) and he said they should've had 4 so that there was never an odd man out.

So what do think? How many do have? How many do you want? Why?

My sister in law and I have babies 2 months apart She is changing my neices them from snoopy to tinkerbell and she is only 8 months. Is this too early? Should i start to think about changing my daughters? she will be 10 months in a couple of weeks. when did you change yours?

My 8 month old just began sleeping on his tummy, and he does it face down on the crib mattress. I am worried about this because I've read that babies can re-breathe their own air and have trouble... he's certainly old and big enough to move around, but he will stay in this position for long periods... anybody got any info on this? Thanks!

They dont hurt when I am feeding her just when she latches on is there a way to stop that or will the nipple just toughen up. Its just so painful sometimes

my stomach went back to normal but I still have that line and my skin looks all dark and weird. I know I cant expect things to change right away but when should my skin color come back and when will that line go away?

I hate the way my mother in law does somethings with my baby. she like to put her on her belly when she sleeps, things like that. i ask her not to but she does things the old fashion way. it's making me sick. on the other hand i don't want my baby to get my sickness, but what if she doesn't reconize me when i get better. I'm so confused someone help..

I feel like I am overfeeding my one month old son. My breast milk dried up and all he eats now is formula. Everytime he cries I test his hunger by putting my finger towards his mouth and it seems like he always wants my finger so I make him a 4 ounce bottle and he finishes it all. Well this isn't really working for my sleep. I'm not too sure how much he needs to be eating because I just feed him whenever he seems hungry. I know this is not right. Please help me make a schedule for my son if I try to get to bed at 9 PM every night.

My 10 month old son will get on his hands and knee's like he is gonna crawl, but then he just lays down. Is there anything I can do to incourage him to crawl? I know that once he starts to crawl I am gonna wish he didn't know how, but I can't wait for it to start!

Im pregnant with my second child and I didn't breasr feed my first child because it was too difficult because I have inverted nipples. So i quit after a couple weeks. I really want to breast feed with this child. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to be success with this time around? My sister as well has inverted and she uses a shield thing everytime she feeds her son but I don't want to use it because it seems like too much of a pain in the butt. So, any advice? Thanks!

Well I am trying to start making plans on what I want to do with my little sunshine once he or she is born. I only get six weeks maternity paid leave and my boyfriend only gets 30 days paid leave from the military. Our plan is for me to do the six weeks once the baby is born and then once I have to go to work he will do the 30 days staying home with our little one. So our little bean will be around 12 weeks before both of us will be working again. I need a suggestion from some mommies what is better a family daycare meaning (the child is taken care at from a providers home that has one or two children to look after during the day) or a day care center (im sure you all know what that is)..Not sure who to go with. do you mommie have any experience with these to any stories or suggestions. How do you do this? My daughter only knows breast and bottle. She needs to get other fluids. We gave her a cup and all she does is bang it and play with it. I tried sucking on the thing to see how it works and you really have to suck hard, too. She just doesn't get it. She does "drink" out of a regular cup but doesn't know how to hold it.
