They always told me sudafed was fine, but changed the rules on me later and said not to take anything and tough it out. I still took the sudafed and my babies didn't seem to have any adverse reactions. I think it's safer to have a happy mommy.

anything that your doctor said was safe during pregnancy if your really worried just pump a lot at between doses after it has already worn off cause it should have filtered out of your milk too (at least thats what my doctor said)
