My daughter will be starting solids soon and I was wondering which would be better making my own baby food or buy baby food? Thanks!

My son just got his 2 month shot and right after the shots, the dr gave him a pain relief oral shot. after 4 hours later, my baby is crying and screeching with a very red face (i guess from the pain), I quickly tried to feed him but he didn't want to eat (which is abnormal since he usually eats every 3-4 hours. He kept crying n crying and then falling asleep and then after a minute of sleeping, crying in pain again. I quickly gave him infant tylenol (only 0.8ML) and he is still crying. Now he stopped crying and is in my bathroom with the shower running in the background and he is sleeping. Should i wake him up to eat?? should i give a very warm bath to help him ease the pain? should i even give him a bath today since he just had needles stuck in his skin today?? can anybody give me some advice on how to comfort him so he will eat?

please help, thanks.

PS, this is my 1st baby.

I think my baby have dry scalp, but it's only in one spot of his head. I really don't know if it's dry scalp or dry skin, cause I can peel it off. I know thats sounds disgusting, but I am worried. He is only 1 years old, and my oldest son never had it.

Is a 3lbs dog safe and harmless ..... My sister has a one and my other sister just had a baby and my sister who has the little dog is going to baby sit the 4 week old baby for two days ......while my other sister goes out of town for surgery......They (my sisters) have not raised the question I am asking ....But i am just curious

If your baby had an allergic reaction to foods, what happeded? What happened to your baby to know that he/she was allergic to it.

i been only breastfeeding my baby for a 1 week without suplementing with fomula the others 2 weeks i was using formula at night but is hard to breastfed does some other mother had find it difficult i am just making enough for the baby to eat so i can get milk out so my husband can help me in the night and i have a demanding 2year old so i am craving to get some sleep does someone here has had a hard time too breastfeding i love to do it but is very hard. all the help you can give will be apreaciate. another thing my baby is just 3 weeks old and it seem like never sleep lol

we need advise for these names which ones are most unique & would be a good name give a few names:

Girls: Sashlynn Nikole, K'lynn Regan, Braylea Dawn,Tabrina Lynn,

Boys: Easton Mikeal,Cadon Rylie, Ty Regan, Briceon Kane

My youngest child is 15 years old and I am 4 months pregnant. Things have changed SO much in the past 15 years! I was looking online for some baby slings and have found that there are so many out there. Of course they all claim to be the best. I would love to have the opinions of mothers who are using them.

my son wakes up every 5 to 10 min and he looks like he trying to take a really bad poo poo but when i check theres nothing. he was able to let out a few farts and would be asleep a little longer before the next time it happend. his stomach is also i little hard. does he have gas and if so, how to help him relieve himself?

She should be eating at least 8-9 ounces every 4 hours now, instead she eats really little, I have to wake her up at night to feed her. I also give her 2-3 jars of solid in between her milk (but she needs more of her milk)..what should i do?
She weighs 16.5 now, I know her weight is ok..but I need her to eat more than she is eating now..please help.

My baby is 4 1/2 months, we have been nursing exclusivly and since on cerial I have been self expressing milk, (Have not found a breast pump to work that I can afford and live in such a small town can't get a rental). Also for the first time I went to work for half a day and then a full day comming home for lunch and self expressing while I was gone at normal feeding times. Now I can't seem to get full and I will be working two full days this week and I just don't want it to get worse If self expressing can cause some sort of damage. I will normally express 4 oz a day for cerial and when I am gone I can get about 2oz out of each breast buy hand
