Ok...my baby is due in less than 2 months and she doesn't have a name yet. Here's the ones that I like I just can't decide.

Tessa Noelle
Kendyll Noell
Ryleigh Noelle
Isabella Noelle
Logan Isabelle
Mckenzie Noelle
Madison Noelle
Ashlyn Noelle

I want Noelle as her middle name because her due date is Dec 25th. Please help!

we are expecting our first child feb 3, and i have registered for a set of Avent bottles... some of the mothers looking over my registry are strongly against this brand. i am wanting to find out what others' preferences are and why. should i get more than one brand to try? i plan on breastfeeding until i have to return to work after maternity leave, and then i will pump.

My daughter is 7 months old(she is my first child). When she was 6 months, she used to step holding my hand.Today she started walking - first she made a few steps alone and after that she continued step by step.I've heard that other babies start walking about 11-12 months and I think my daughter is too young. Is it normal?

I know that games that a baby enjoys like peek-a-boo help develop certain skills. Exempli gratia, peek-a-boo develops object permanency (that objects will still be there even when you can't see them).

What other games like this can a newborn/infant play that will develop important, fundamental skills?

I ask because my wife is due in February and being the nerd that I am, I want to be equipped with all the good, brain developing skills so he can be the fighter pilot, football player, and network admin that I want him to be!

...did you begin to feel engorged/tender?
My 18 month old stopped last week and although I think that she didn't get that much, I am permanently waiting for the pain to strike.
Did anyone ever stop with no pain?
Could you please share your experiences?
I want to know what kind of things I am going to feel and go through...I am already feeling sad about it and missing her younger days like crazy, I feel sad that my little girl is growing up.
Please tell me what you went through when you stopped breastfeeding so that I know I am not cracking up?
Also, how long did it take to dry up?

I know I have asked similar questions but I see new people on here all the time, I just want to get new opinions and insights.

My wife just got pregnant and we'l like to know how much will cost to have the baby for the first year. She will breastfeed the baby... so the baby formula will not much needed. We don't have much money, so any cut cost tips will be apreciated.

My daughter is a newborn and my son is almost three. When the newborn is about 6 months we were thinking of putting them in one room - only for a couple of years, if that. The reason is that we only have three bedrooms in our house and would like to be bale to use the third bedroom for guests that visit (grandparents visits expecially).

My 6 month old is kinda still not ready for solids.
Has anyones baby been given solids much later , like at 7- 8 months instead of 4 months.
Does it deprive them of any nutrients if solids are introduced much later.
Thanks.

My baby is 5 weeks old and I am stopping breastfeeding. She seems like she is still hungry after I breastfeed so I have been supplementing and now my milk supply has lessened. I breastfed my son for 16 months and that was so difficult and I just don't want to go through that again, especially with a toddler to take care of also. Another reason is that it is causing my son to get jealous when he sees me breastfeeding her. I also don't get to sleep durirng the day and now because of breastfeeding I can't sleep at night, with the formula feeding I can allow my husband to feed her while I sleep. I know I can pump but that leaves me with no hands free for 20-30 minutes at a time and I have to keep an eye on my son.
The issue is I feel terribly guilty, wondering if she will be unhealthy because I am stopping so soon. Does anyone know if she is going to benefit enough from only 5-6 weeks of breastfeeding?

My son just turned 11 months old, and we want to take him just for the fun of it (though he can't eat candy). How many of you think uit's a good idea?

i have an 8 month old son who sleeps pretty good, but usually wakes up once, sometimes twice during the night. most of the time it's pretty easy to get him to sleep again, i just pick him up, give him his pacifier and hold him for a minute, then i lay him back down. easy to do, however, i don't want to have to do this every night until he's 3 years old. what can i do to help him learn to fall back asleep by himself?

And then have someone tell you that you're SO LUCKY YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK?!
Yesterday my day started at 5am. Baby's diaper leaked. Had to clean him, feed him & take care of wet crib. Then he pooped & it came out of his diaper all over his clothes. Got on his tummy, legs, hands & feet & while cleaning this up I have to try to keep his hands out of his mouth. He's teething which is KILLING me & makes me cry that he's in so much pain. I have to make 2 important phone calls while holding my finger in a cold washcloth in his mouth trying to keep him quiet while I'm on the phone. Doing the usual sterilzing water, washing bottles, making formula, feeding him from bottle & a couple jars of baby food. 2 loads of laundry & other cleaning that just can't wait. A man came to fix the furnace while I was giving the baby a bath. And then there's entertaining the baby, quality time, trying to distract him from the pain in his mouth... I could write more but don't know if people read long questions.
