The milk ducts of the breast are concentrated all around the breast, nipples and even back up into the arm "pit". There are lymph nodes that follow the milk tubules and they too go up into the arm. If you think about your annual exam, they exam your arms as well as your breasts for exactly these reasons.

There are not milk ducts (or at least should not be) in your arms or underarms however and if milk is leaking from your underarms, you should make an appointment asap to see your ob-gyn or primary care physician (if you have one). Consequentially, if you need to see someone sooner, don't hesitate, go to the E.R.

I don't mean to sound gross but are you sure it's milk? A girl I used to work with had a serious yeast infection that infected her whole body and the yeast was releasing from every pore on her body. Go to the Dr and have him/her check everything out. And then go to another Dr for a 2nd opinion if you don't like the first answer.

Do you have an extra nipple there? (Not making fun, serious question. About 10% of the world's population has them.)

If not, maybe you should ask your baby's pediatrician.

Doesn't sound normal to me. Go to your doctor and have him or her check you out to see what the problem is.
