Generally speaking a babies 2 bottom teeth will erupt before the upper 2 but that doesn't mean it's always that way. All babies are different. I know my friends baby was 11 months before she ever cut a tooth and she got 8 at the same time!

No! The baby I nannied had her upper teeth come in first. I know of children who got teeth when they were 2 months, some when they were a year or more. It doesn't matter a whit which teeth come in first :)

No, don't worry about it. There are times that the upper teeth comes out first.

its absolutely not.during sleeping conditions our tongue will rest on the upper teeth,so that there may be a chance for erupting and also in conditions like, by projecting the tongue outside also may cause the problem.so consult with dental doctor and put the toothclip for that problem....
