The three I like:
Tessa Noelle - beautiful, my favorite from your list
Chloe Noelle - nice, legit name
Isabella Noelle - nice, but Isabella is oh so very popular, I would use Isobel Noelle instead.
The ones I don't like and why:
Logan Isabelle - I don't like boy's names on girls, how about Liadan?
Mckenzie Noelle - Very trendy & cutesy, sorry I don't like it
Madison Noelle - Way too popular as well as a last name
Ashlyn Noelle - Overdone too much like Ashley and names with lyn endings are way too trendy
Kendyll Noell - this is a trendy last name and I dislike random "y"s added to names
Ryleigh Noelle - Trendy name and ultra trendy spelling, sorry I really dislike this name the most
Oh, I also like Noelle alone as a name. Also Noella and Noelia.

I like Mckenzie Noelle or Chloe Noelle the best out of the above options.
I also like Madison, but that name was #3 for 2005 for the Social Security Administration.

Also, no matter how much your daughter is told she much be getting the short end of the stick for having her birthday around Christmas, don't know what they are talking about.
I know a few people who were born on Christmas Day and they ALWAYS got the better end of the stick.

I like Tessa Noelle and Chloe Noelle the best. I really do not like Isabella Noelle--two "elle's" in a row--doesn't look or sound right.

I like the name Ryleigh Noelle, but here is another names to think of Raleigh and Kyleigh Noelle would go with Noelle.I like the name Cambria Noelle..Good Luck in naming your Baby girl..

I like most of the names you have picked. However, I do NOT like Logan! Especially for a girl. Yuck! Noelle is cute, what about Holly for Christmas? Just another thought!
