It doesn't affect the amount you produce but it can change the flavor. The lactic acid that your body produces can accumulate in your milk giving it a bitter taste the baby may not like. It won't hurt him though.

No. Studies have shown no difference in the volume or composition of the milk or babies' weight gain. One study showed a slight increase in milk supply for the women who exercised regularly, but because of the small size of the study this increase may not be significant.

I breast fed my son until he was 24 months and I exercised after the first 2 months daily. I was able to produce enough milk for my very big son and regular donations to our local hospital for children born with immunity problems.

absolutely not. Breastmilk is supply and demand. They only thing that will affect the amount of milk depends on how much you nurse/pump.
