Maybe it is getting dehydrated, make sure it gets plenty of formula or breastmilk. If you are breastfeeding try pumping it into a bottle so you know the baby is getting enough.

What do you mean by stopped peeing as often? As baby grows, their bladder grows and their need to to empty gets a little longer in between.
Are you getting 8-10 wet diapers a day? Is baby still making tears when crying? Is baby crying and fussy for more feeds, and active, or is baby looking limp and sleeps all the time? Mouth moist, saliva? Skin feels moist, warm? or dry and cool? Gaining weight?
Breastfed or formula fed? Bowel movements are soft? Any diarhea? vommiting?
Best bet is to contact your doctor with your concerns, over the phone and bring baby in indicated. Babies at this stage should not be given water or juice etc... Call the doctor if you have concerns of dehydartion.

Please call a doctor. Be prepared to give the doctor more specific information than is included here: how frequently is the baby peeing, when did the change start, any events that coincided with the change, frequency and duration of nursing or how many ounces of fluid the baby is taking in, whether the baby has a fever, frequency of spitting up, etc.

Hopefully you've already called, but don't wait around.

Give her extra milk if breastfeeding or some boiled and cooled water in between bottles of formula. Your baby has one of the major signs of dehydration.
Take baby to the doctors as soon as possible.
Dehydration is very serious in young babies.
