My daughter is 8 weeks old, and every now and then she will spit up and it will be chunky and looks like cottage cheese in her mouth! Is this normal?

My son is a little over 12 months old. Now, I give him a bath every other night. i used to do it in the sink, but he started standing up. So i moved to the tub, and he refuses to sit down! i try and try, and he won't. He will stand there and hold on to the shower handles! Lol... and i leave the water running, i don't fill the bath, im too nervous. .
Now, as soon as i shut the water off, he will splash around, but he still won't sit!
Does anyone have a clue about this? its just very odd, and makes for a hard time!
Thanks melissa!

My wife is 6 months pregnant and ultrasound reveals that we are having a boy. My wife and I both come from French and English backgrounds. My last name is French, so we would like a boy's name that works in both French and English (same spelling in both languages and similar pronounciation). We cannot agree on a name. Any suggestions?

My 14 month old has a habbit of holding his breath when he crys really hard. Here recently he has been holding his breath so long that he will pass out for a few seconds. He will turn a little blue, but as soon as I pick him up he starts breathing again and gets his color back. Then he is fine, with the exception of him shaking a little, but I think that might be because it scares him. Is this something I should take him to the doctor about, or is it just another thing that the will eventually out grow

I know this subject is hot button and those against it get pretty sensitive about things...

But my question is.. Do you believe all the anti-circumcision info?

I mean, if you can't provide *facts* to back up your claims without forwarding someone to a biased anti-circumcision website.. then how powerful is your anti-circ claim?

I am having a baby in febraury and have picked out some names, but I want some opinions...
Boy- Christopher Dallas
My hubby's brother is named Christopher and my brother is named Dallas.
Girl- Brooke Lafaye
Brooke is a name I've always wanted to name my little girl and Lafaye is my grandmother's name.
Do yall have some other options? I want my baby's name to be a little unique, but not wierd. Anyway, thanks!

She went for her 2 month checkup and is in the 55 % for height, 25 % for her weight, and below 5% for her head circumference. Her head circumference at birth was 32 1/2. It is now 36. She measured 35 after one month and only 36 after the second month. I am concerned with her head growth.

My daughter is 15 months and I am weaning her. However, I haven't had a period since before I was pregnant. My doctor gave me a thyroid medication, but it didn't do anything. Waiting for a second opinion. Thanks for your feedback. We are trying for baby number two and this might be why it isn't happening.

I know usually for the birth of a new baby, the norm is to give presents that the BABY can use, but this was a particularly rough birth on my sister and I'm wondering what kinds of things people who JUST gave birth would like? I would like to put together a nice variety package for her and any ideas would be appreciated! I've never had a child myself so I figure I might get better ideas from anyone who has...

I know that most of you parents have to deal with this at different stages of your child's life. The main reason why we had him sleeping in our bed is so that we could get some sleep, but now it's getting difficult for my husband and I to get close and snuggly with our little one in the middle.
